Kamishiba babies are not rare at all, there's hundreds of them in Kilen City alone. So a new baby is nothing special or unusual. And that suits Quilo just fine.
Child of a teacher, assassin, and two vigilantes, Quilo has seen enough in her short life to not be surprised by anything. She's met Lops, Astrals, and dragons, and nothing has gotten a reaction from her. Wanting nothing more often than not, Quilo can be rather rude to those who interrupt her solitude. With two parents prone to strong emotions of joy and anger, Quilo is surprisingly stoic. She's not prone to emotional outbursts and often hides her feelings behind an unreadable face.
She prefers to do what she wants rather than what she needs to do. Often she gets accused of being lazy. But she doesn't care about that. In fact, Quilo cares about very little. Unlike her mothers, who want to help others who are suffering, Quilo couldn't care less about others. She cares only for herself and those close to her. It's best not to get on her bad side as Quilo can be incredibly petty when she feels wronged. Unlike most Enchanted Kamishiba who have different personalities in different forms, Quilo remains the same no matter which form she is in. And nor does she use her other form as a disguise like her parents.

Details
Present
Quilo lives happily in the city of Kilen. She rarely ventures outside of its borders - she sees no point, there's nothing interesting out there after all. Not to say she doesn't explore. There's a lot to see in the city and it's always changing. Quilo spends her days getting into trouble; skipping school, climbing abandoned buildings, sneaking onto construction sites.
History
Quilo is still very young and has not had a chance to fully experience life. What she has experienced has left her unimpressed. Her mother is often not home, and she knows that it's due to her work as an Assassin and being owned by a Lop. It's kind of a bummer.

Quilo's passion. She loves to skate but she loves skateboarding even more. She's slowly getting better at doing fancy and elaborate tricks.
Climbing
Learnt from her mother, Quilo enjoys using this skill to scale buildings. Theta worries about her but it's misplaced, Quilo is an excellent climber.
Combat
Taught by her other mother, Quilo is slowly learning how to scratch and scrap. She is very fast and agile but struggles to have enough force to hurt.

Quilo loves fireworks and setting them off. She tried to make beautiful displays. Theta often confiscates her fireworks

Strict but kind. Theta wants Quilo to do well in life but Quilo just doesn't care like her mum does. Theta does try to nurture some of Quilo's passions like climbing while trying to make sure her other passions don't get her into trouble.

Way stricter than Theta. When she's in vigilante mode, Quilo can't get away with anything. Once Karma caught her after she snuck out one night. Now she's more careful where she sneaks to.

Skyla
Not around as much as Theta but just as strict - only in a weird way. Skyla won't let her skip out on doing any of homework but she'll let her egg the house of the police captain and sneak out at night.

Unlike Theta, Skyla isn't as bad in vigilante mode - as in she's not as strict. Storm doesn't care much when she does things without permission, Quilo often sees her when she sneaks out. But Storm gets as furious as her namesake if she catches Quilo putting herself or others in danger.
