Basics
A young noble from the country of Sheka. Her family disowned her after discovering that she is an Esper, so she left the country with her newly wed husband, Avedis, in order to build a new life in the free city of Waterwall. She is wide-eyed, naive to the ways of the real world outside her sheltered home. She is an affectionate and caring friend and wife, but also headstrong, honest, and a very powerful Esper, perhaps one of the most powerful Espers to walk the world of Ilea. Her sense of justice drives her to protect other, weaker Espers from harm and persecution.

About
Iris is born to Basil Larkin, the brother of the Shekan Queen and a powerful Esper himself, although this is a closely guarded secret. She grew up sheltered in grand coastline halls, far away from the terrors of the real world. Her father thought her many things about her powers and how to conceal them, but soon realizes that she might be too powerful for him to control. He secured her a spot in the Queensguard, where she trained diligently during her teenage years. After she turned 18 she met Avedis, a man who once healed her father and an Esper himself, and their marriage is arranged. She bonds with him under the night sky on the Shekan coast. But soon after she turned 19 she is revealed to be an Esper to the public, in a smear campaign against her father, and her family has no choice but to disown her.
Waterwall
After being disowned she leaves her home country of Sheka, as there is nothing left there for her. She and Avedis make their way to the free city of Waterwall where Avedis owns a pub that acts as a front for an Esper Sanctuary. There she meets Avedis' friends and makes herself a new home, working in the kitchens and taking care of harmed and helpless Espers. But the Magistri, an Organization founded to controll and subjugate Espers, looms over her newfound life like a dark stormcloud, ready to burst.
Personality
Iris has a strong sense of Justice and a drive to fight against any injustice she encounters. She is stubborn and willfull, and is not afraid of picking a fight. Her confidence is high, and she always speaks the truth- even if it's negative! But she also has a tender, softspoken side to her, that mostly Avedis gets to see. She loves him dearly and is especially protective of him. Her most prized posession is a golden necklace he gifted her for their second, real wedding.
