History:

Born  to Darktalon and Redwing, Hollowkit seemed to take after his father in  almost every way. Looks, personality, all of it. There were only rare  moments of his mother that would shine through, in moments of care,  compassion and gentleness that Redwing possessed. But these moments were  few and far between, as Hollowkit, and even into his apprenticeship as  Hollowpaw, he struggled to show his thoughts, feelings and emotions.  Only his family could ever get him to talk about what he thought, and  one other cat. Puzzlepaw. As far back as he could remember, Puzzlepaw  had always been there, supporting him, and being there for him. They  were best friends, and he trusted Puzzlepaw with his life. But when they  became young warriors, together, and held their silent vigil Hollowclaw  knew. When they stared into each other's eyes, even when they had to be  silent, many words, and emotions were shared. He loved Puzzlepatch. Not  as a brother, but as a lover. A partner. At first this came as a shock  to him, a tom loving another tom? It had never been heard before! But  the more he thought about it, the more natural it seemed. Even though  they were very private about their relationship, the clan seemed to just  know. And when they announced it being official, the clan supported  them. Although they got some odd looks from others at gatherings (just  picture two huge dudes sitting VERY close together), no one really  objected to it. Hollowclaw became much more open with Puzzlepaw's  guidance about his feelings, and was able to tone down his  aggressiveness. After three seasons (9 months) seasons of being  together, they wanted to start a family. But because of biology, neither  could have children without a she-cat. With Hickorystar's permission,  the pair began to search for a willing she-cat in the twolegplace. They  found a kittypet, Licorice, who was willing. Her reasoning was, "I like  being a mother, but at 12 weeks they are taken anyways." From there, the  Tom's took turns checking on her, especially once the kits were born.  Shadow let Puzzlepatch and Hollowclaw to name them, and she allowed them  to bond. At 11 weeks, they took the three kittens to Thunderclan, to  their anxious clanmates. Because they were weened, Puzzlepatch and  Hollowclaw were able to take turns sleeping in the nursery with their  kits.
