Vanillin

Vanillin, also known as Valentina, has been a chemical witch for a little less time than the rest of all of them. She seems to have a rather bland personality, but it's like she's doing a conscious effort to appear as such. She does have simpler preferences.

She's Caffeine's friend (which means nothing in this setting as Caffeine is friends with a lot of witches. You don't know them but I promise she's friends with them) and she doesn't have a town assigned to her but she still participates in witches' meetings, and trading of spells and ingredients. 

She likes gymnastics and pastries (duh), her magic is mostly specialized on confectionery, but not that decorated on anything.
