Rose is known to flirt a lot, throwing pick up lines as smooth as a slippery floor. Unfortunately, she's also a silly air head who can't tell if a girl likes her back because she thinks that they're being nice and is not just flirting back at her. Highly stylish, Rose loves to dress up in the most high end fashion or in billowy dresses. She's taken up gardening and jewelry for her past time activities but she gets so lost in her work she's quite bad with time.

Born and raised in Sunset City, Rose have always been a city-life gal. She's always had a knack for the arts and crafts and decided to open up a workshop in the city shopping area. Rose is a woman of many talents but she chose to pursue her dreams of arts. But the city life, though beautiful on it's own way, was not inspiring enough for Rose. So she sets off to travel to different regions.
In her travels, she would often pass the Junkyard since it's a moving hub. There, she meets Melati, a simple mechanic that repairs a lot of the things in the hub. As usual, Rose flirts with the keb and is completely oblivious to the fact that Melati is also flirting back. It's a sweet story how the two got together (well mostly on Rose's part) and Rose visits Melati always whenever she goes out on her travels. Long distances just strengthens the bond between the two.
