Joey

Joey is the direct ascent of Loey. While Joey cannot exist without Loey's presence, Joey takes reign over almost all of Loey's life. A rampant, impulsive being—adderall on legs. Chaotic, illogical, and operates solely for self-satisfaction. Characterized by a fiendish smile, Joey is capable of inflicting damage so much more powerful than death.

Appearance

Joey dons a sailor uniform, characterized by navy blue and two stripes on his cape, and possesses black, cunning eyes that have a narrow slant. He is physically identical to Loey in every aspect, down to the fingernail, save for a pair of horns as well as longer hair that he partially braids. His true skin colour is white—his redness comes from paint. In fact it's not at all known if his horns are part of his body.

Odd Phenomenon

Odd Phenomenon is loosely based on the Freudian idea of the human psyche (see Odd Phenomenon). Each parts of the psyche are splintered into metaphysical manifestations, in which they both exist and do not. Joey plays the part of the Id.13172691_DXOfcGCBYAu1DZW.png?1600176910

As the Id

If Loey is purely logic, then Joey operates on emotion. The Id is primitive; the basis of survival, the very thing formed in the beginning of everything. The Id is instinctual—it does not calculate, it does not stop to hesitate and think. Due to its formation from birth, despite being technically older, Joey is infinitely more childlike. The Id seeks to satisfy its impulses immediately, damned be its consequences. It wages constant war with the Ego, despite being formed with the purpose of harmonizing to achieve balanced function.

As through the Body

Depicted in the body as the sole dominant psyche, Loey (as the Id) may behave in extreme manners, or be affected heavily by emotion. Joey is largely involved with primary process thinking, and will function with primitive, illogical, irrational, and fantasy-oriented. This for  of process thinking has no comprehension of objective reality, and is selfish and wishful in nature. His irrationality also shows when Loey violently reacts to something very simple.

Loey and the Odd Phenomenon

Loey and the Odd Phenomenon tells the narrative of Loey's fantastically uneventful life, loosely based on its overarching concept, Odd Phenomenon. Joey is Loey "but also not quite", living in You from the start of Loey's existence before bargaining with Loey to let him out into the real world and cause havoc. Although mostly confined to the basement, Joey endlessly badgers Loey to let him "have some fun". Said "fun" may range from utterly harmless grocery store runs to plotting crimes against the Dannebrog through intricately plotted conspiracies.
