You is a mirror to the "other side". It is both a functional mirror as well as a gateway, functioning like a portal. Only its singular habitant, Joey, is allowed to commute past the glass. However, it needs the reflection's explicit permission to pass through the real world; otherwise, it would render the habitant dead. You is a part of Joey's existence—the destruction of it would render Joey dead.

Appearance

It appears as an oval mirror, with a single corrugate at its midlength on both sides of the frame. Atop sits what is presumed to be a human skull, facing towards the real world. The frame seems to be well-coated with polish.

Loey and the Odd Phenomenon

You sat in a dumping site for an unknown amount of time, until Loey retrieved it and brought it home. Despite Loey's off-putting reflection (which had simply been Joey's appearance within the mirror), Loey utilized it until Joey started bargaining with him in order to let the demon out into the real world. It is assumed that the mirror was born at the same time Loey came to existence, though where it appeared and how it spent its time before it had been found is unknown.
