Ballius

It's difficult to summarise what Ballius is in a small text blurb, because he is so many things. Originally an antagonist for an RP forum, he expanded his range and personal development beyond that and currently seems to have escaped the demise of his former fictional setting, floating outside of normal canon and only touching down to have pleasant, extremely wordy, and vaguely threatening RP conversations with other characters.

Physically, Ballius is an artificial creation made to house one of the fragments of an angel's consciousness scattered across many universes as punishment. These fragments are known as the Cousins, and they are one-per-universe beings with a variety of remaining meagre angelic traits. In Ballius's case, his most powerful ability is alteration of gravity, because apparently being smart and manipulative with a tilted view on morality isn't enough. Additionally he can change the colour of himself and things close to his person, which he mostly uses to co-ordinate his body colour with his outfits.
