A talkative avian with a mean streak and a bad temper. He's a snooty and refined bird, but he is also very free-spirited. He finds battles enjoyable, and he is prone to acting recklessly despite being generally intelligent.

He can occasionally be found in the local guild, or in a specific restaurant near the edge of town. He's very good at card games--people in the guild makes a challenge out of playing against him.
