Elisa is an enigmatic chimera with strong magical and healing abilities. She is able to summon her mind's eye, and with this she can see through the eyes of other creatures and even briefly into the future.
Elisa sees it as her duty to protect the inhabitants of the Rainbow Pelago, believing her magical capabilities are a sign of this. Her magical ribbons are able to heal the sick and injured.
Not many creatures have actually seen Elisa, as she keeps herself hidden except when healing others. She uses her magic to make memories of encounters with her fuzzy, not wanting to accept praise or worship. Despite this, Elisa is respected as a deity by kin all over the islands of Rainbow Pelago.
