Patchwork, is undoubtedly quite a fascinating individual. How could he not be considering the circumstances of his "birth?" Being born from a television set that had a portal open up inside of it is surely bound to create one heck of a fascinating individual. One could certainly say that there isn't a dull moment whenever Patchwork is around!
Patchwork would certainly never be ordinary, but he and his adoptove parents already knew that. He also wasn’t without his own powers and abilities, he realized from a young age that he could also open portals; not only that, he had cartoon-like abilities. History
Patchwork was born into this world through the first portal that Hatter ever opened up, which was when he was seven years old. He had been frustrated with his family's television because it had started showing the error screen right in the middle of a climatic moment in his favorite show, so he put his paws on the television when suddenly a portal opened up and he fell through...and Patchwork fell out. Patchwork was, understandably, quite confused about his new existence and so too were Hatter’s parents who had witnessed the whole thing. He was taken in by Hatter‘s parents, after all, what else could they do to a poor pup who was just as lost in their world as they were sure Hatter was lost in whatever place he had wound up in?
