Noella, also called Nokki by her family, is both a strategic genius and a complete mess. Always smiling brightly and wanting to help others in any way possible, she often bites off more than she can chew, wanting to be everything to everyone. Because of this, Noella deals with stress by compartmentalising her feelings, often sticking them in mental boxes and leaving them to collect dust. She's always wanting to tackle the next big objective, never stopping to think about whether she needs to take a break.

To most people, Noella seems like a hopeless space cadet. She's messy, wears weird clothes, and stares at nothing in particular, daydreaming. She leaves things in "organised piles" and freaks out if anyone tries to clean up--er, mess with--her stuff. Though naturally gifted at singing and dancing, her family in Dynasty felt her other talents would be more useful in a different line of work. Dynasty whispers of a ferocious tactitian, ruthlessly crushing any upstart who wants to claim even a single foot of sidewalk for themselves. Their minions crawl the streets, squeezing pennies from the shops to provide protection... from themselves. Little do they know it's just a young woman who thinks of it as nothing more than solving puzzles, hoping that she'll make her family proud.
