Kuro is actually one of these guys, peddlers of sweets or gewgaws that would walk from village to village and whistle (or doot, apparently) for trade. The guys in the link are selling paper butterflies/sparrows but the visual is the same, they would wear bright clothes and all kinds of other stuff to draw attention and I guess were the equivalent of having the ice cream truck come by.

I now believe 100% that Happon never learned how to cook the entire time he's been alive BRUH you look homeless.
And thanks for the link! I did briefly attempt to google fashion then so I could figure out where that was from. ...I would buy something from him.
