Dr. Amok

An amoral scientist who performs all kinds of cruel experiments on his "patients". He has a long history of medical abuse, largely inflicting it on others, but he's also been the receiving end of it by one Dr. Embra, a neurosurgeon.

Dr. Amok puts on a friendly front and presents as an affordable option for normally hideously expensive medical procedures, despite having lost his licence years ago. Surely there's nothing fishy going on, right...?
