Personality: Maybelle is a peppy and outgoing Strudel. She's very passionate about the creations made inside of her home, the Brown Cow Bakery and Cafe, and even names her pets after the desserts and drinks made within. The Strudel likes to sing, often just to herself, but especially loves singing to her dance-loving friends. Although she's the only Midveiler other than her pets in her home, she doesn't let that get her down and helps the humans with their work. She also overuses the nickname "hon".

Residence: Maybelle lives in a series of strung-together old cookie tins, cake boxes, tea kettles, and other bakery or cafe related items along the ceiling shelves of the Brown Cow Bakery and Cafe. These items are made to look like a little town, complete with fake trees, shrubs, flowers, and even little fairy lights above the "streets," but she and her pets are the only residents of the makeshift city. Maybelle's main residence is a big 3-tiered shortbread cookie tin made to look like a strawberry shortcake.

History: Maybelle was born in the dessert showcase of the Brown Cow Bakery and Cafe. Her parents, or at least someone, had left her a pink blanket (her nest), her cowbell collar, and a little journal with "Maybelle" written on the front. After surveying the area for a while and growing hungry, she didn't go for any of the many sweets surrounding her. She slipped out of the bakery case to follow a creamy, chocolatey scent that caught in her heart-shaped nose. Out in the cafe, she spotted the most lovely drink she had seen in her [few minutes of] life. Maybelle spent quite a bit of time climbing up the table and chairs to get to the dressed-up glass of chocolate milk. When she finally got up to the glass, she downed as much of it as possible and passed out on the slice of chocolate cheesecake next door.

After taking up residence in the ceiling town, she became friends with an Arborling named Belladonna, a regular of the cafe along with her human friend Jessica. Along with Belladonna came Evangeline, a deer-like Thimblet who lived in the forest nearby. Eventually, Estelle, a Jollybean resembling a sheep, joined the mix.
