Wynstunn

Wynstunn is a manipulative, cheeky, market seller shark man who sells antiques and things people have lost/forgotten. For as small a business as he has, he's done pretty well for himself (and that's totally not because he steals people's wallets and sells them back to their owners for a good price. He would simply make the excuse that their owner "lost" the item and it ended up in his shop, and they should pay him for his services).

He has a third arm on his back like an energy tentacle; when he's not using it it's housed in a... pocket? Hatch? And it shoots out when he needs it. It can look like just a tentacle, or form a hand/fist, maybe other things I haven't thought of yet XD
