The boss of Eugein and a hard-headed five-eyed goat man who hates that he can't read and will destroy any and all literature that comes into contact with him.

He deems himself a high-rank villain who deserves the utmost respect, using big words that he thinks villains use. He takes his job very seriously, stomping on any villains who think they're better than him, and rescuing people because he was promised donuts.

It's hard to tell if he has a heart of gold or not, but as long as you make him think you're on his side he will treat you like a good friend. Minion. Friend. He's having trouble recently defining the words separately.
