London

London is a little more distant than most of the other Cities, but she has just as kind of a heart as them. She really just wants to hold onto the way things are and is afraid to let go of even small things. Pompeii was like a mother to her and London really looked up to her, so unlike the more forgiving other Cities, she kind of hates Vesuvius. Carthage pretty much took on that role to her after Pompeii died. She isn't great at communicating her feelings and can go overboard crying sometimes, but usually Carthage or Rome can calm her down.

London likes to sew when she's bored because Pompeii taught her how, and she wants to sew a stuffed animal version of Ben someday. Speaking of Ben, it's rare to see London and Ben away from each other. He gives London a sense of comfort. She never really uses this power, but it does exist. Recently, Nettuno has been trying to befriend her because she "seems lonely", but she doesn't seem to want to open up.
