That man most cherished by the Forgotten God -
Rennuid Tathviel is the charming and youthful leader of the group known to outsiders as 'The Cult at Gorfuin.' A little over forty years ago, he declared that he had met a lost god in a ruined temple deep in Gorogor'nac's far reaches - on that same day, he called upon his god's power to sunder a sacred stone of Aldua'denac's Circle of Tales, destroying forever a creature thought both immortal, and divine, itself.
He invited all curious about the wellspring of such a power to follow him, then, to the ruin - and thus, began the cult. Years passed in this way, the congregants finding in this isolated life a strange harmony, safe from all dangers of the forest that may otherwise have beset them...
...One day, to the temple's winding stair, a stranger from far afield came calling.
