Roo is a very primal, instinct driven and very.. simplistic dragon. He doesn't talk, possibly isn't able to at all and instead communicates with clicks, purrs, barks, chitters, chortles and other strange sounds. He seems to be speaking his own language, even - one that makes absolutely no sense to anybody besides Bran and maybe Speedy, his mother, but even they struggle sometimes. As a result he's also a very gesticulate dragon. He talks with his body, often waving his arms around or twisting his angular, long frame into shapes to try and get across what he means through emphasis and movement, something he is very skilled at indeed.
He has around about the same level of intelligence as a 6 year old human child, which isn't bad, but isn't all that impressive either. He tries to spend as much time as he can with his not-so-big brother Bambi, as he's a gilled land dragon as well. He enjoys being ridden, and will often try and get attention through scooting between Bran's legs and hoisting him up using his neck and crest. After that, he's gone.
Roo seems to have also inherited his mothers speed. He's a speed demon with his agile, fluid body and his lean muscles. His claws often prove more of a hazard then a gift, but it does make sure that when he does go off on his own for some hidden treasure or adventure, that he's protected
