Dale is the owner of The Cove, a music venue in Cape Gloam that is the heart of a lot of community events. He has an intense love for the beach and live music.

Dale is a disaster. He's been in countless failed relationships, almost all of them breaking up because he can be pushy & emotionally immature. He falls into that honeymoon period love really quickly & easily, and can become clingy and jealous. He's had flings with his employees Charlie and Bec, and his high school ex-sweetheart was Raph. He has more exes for sure that don't formally exist yet.

He is really into beach stuff---speedos & swimwear, grass skirts & coconut bras, sand & seawater. He identifies with the aesthetic of it and puts it everywhere in his life, often refusing to make room for anything else. He loves to surf, though the waters of Cape Gloam tend to be too cold most of the year. He travels south to Diamond Beach regularly to participate in surf meets and competitions. He grew up in there as a member of the rich class, before moving to Cape Gloam to start his venue business.

His magic is weak, he can bend water for up to 6 seconds before losing control of it. He can also change its temperature instantly warming or cooling it. If he focuses he can cause it to boil into steam (which he can also manipulate).
