 -  INFO - "First is a guard in Morn, the most loyal and hardworking guard Morn has. She's passionate about her job and protecting the innocent, and would do anything for her kingdom and people... however she's pretty lowly ranked because she's is very unpopular and socially awkward. First is loud, blunt, and obsessed with her job. She's always on patrol, and works tirelessly even though she doesn't need to-- work is all she thinks about and all she knows how to do. First isn't a bad person, quite the opposite. She's loyal and passionate about everything she does, but due to her being bad at talking with people and expressing her emotions a lot of people are scared of her loud and somewhat brutally honest personality. It's hard to tell what she's thinking sometimes-- which pushes most away. She can also be quick to jump the gun on her job, though she's a great fighter she's very much a "fight now talk later" kind of person. This has led to a few unwarranted arrests... something that has definitely put a damper on her reputation. First loves adventure and action, and dreams of being a beloved hero with her own mythos one day. She wants to inspire people and make a name for herself as a legend! ... but for now, she feels a bit down on her luck, and usually just gives out tickets for parking violations... Her best friend is a lazy ghost named X, and over the course of the story she falls in love with the new face around town, Day." "Misc/other basic details: • First can be drawn with a sword and shield, though as of current neither have a solid design. • • First's jacket can have little charms on the buttons of her jacket as seen in a lot of her art, but in canon she doesn't have them and it is not a requirement to add them when drawing her. • • First is very overworked and often stressed, so she is normally depicted with bags under her eyes, though this really isn't a detail I'm picky about and I don't mind her not having them.• • The stripes on First's hair are not shading, they're apart of her hair color... uh, somehow. • • First is a very grumpy and easily angered person, and is usually drawn that way. However when drawing her with Day and X it is okay (and encouraged) to draw her happy. She loves them more than anything! •"  | |

- GAME INFO - " ROLE IN GAME - MAIN CHARACTER First is one of three main characters in Somnio, and she alongside X help day greatly on his main journey. First is a loud, intimidating guard, and she takes Day "into custody" at the start of the game when Day is created. She is suspicious of Day's arrival to Somnio, as it's been many moons since the last creation-- her creation to be specific, and at first she and Day do not get along super well. However along the first quest with First as Day's guide and protector, you find out pretty quickly that First is not as intimidating as she may seem. The first chapter of the game for Somnio is currently planned to mostly set up the world and introduce the characters, and involves X and First following and helping Day set up a party for his arrival. First helps guide Day by order of the king, however by the end of the first chapter First's conflict and arc are set up; unlike X who stays a bit more vague until later. This first chapter is the beginning of around five or six chapters which are all being planned. A game is being developed, however does not have a release date yet. It will likely not be complete for a long, long time." | - fun facts - "Lives In - A house in the hub of the All Facts: - First has the least amount of art out of my main three, sadly. This is mostly because in Somnio's former stages, I considered Day much more as a fursona/self insert, and I am not a very romantic person-- sooo it was kinda awkward being given a fursona with a romantic partner attached- So for the first few versions of Her and Day's story (which I delve a bit into under "old game info"), she was moreso an afterthought. However upon my adoption of X, it sort of clicked in my brain the dynamic I wanted her and Day to have- and now I'm extremely connected to her and Somnio wouldn't be the same without her. I'm working on getting her more art now, but it'll probably take a while to get her as much art as Day ^^; - As well important to note, First has gone through the most drastic personality changes out of my main three. Her original personality, given to her by her creator, was more stoic and serious and saw her as a monotone, highly respected guard. A lot of her past art reflects this a lot, and even some of her current art does- - First was originally apart of the webseries "Audience", alongside Day! The two were passed around until march of 2020, when they were sold to me together for $600. Their first story in my possession was in Tikiti, but now they have their own world where they're the main characters! First and Day have not been separated since their creation-- they were made for each other!Though I like this personality a lot and wanted to keep it the same for a long time, I found myself eventually having more fun with the character and wanted her to be equally goofy as X, and I wanted her flaws to be more apparent from the jump. So she's a lot more goofy now, and her personality inspirations are listed below! - Another note, First was always meant to be autistic-coded from when I first owned her to now, but moreso now I have really projected a lot of my own experiences with social interactions and hyperfixations onto her. She, X, and Day all are autistic, and I write my own experiences being neurodivergent into their stories. - This is completely random, but I need to put it somewhere and I dunno where to put it otherwise- Day and First's relationship is a lot like a fairytale disney couple in my brain but like... the happily ever after part never ends-- if that makes literally any sense. They are forever young people madly in love, and I never plan for them to have children or get married-- in fact I sort of hate the idea of them ever 'settling down'- - First was adopted by me 3/19/2020 Smells like - Blood, sweat, and tears mostly- though under it all you can smell a cheap rose perfume. Favorite Food - Cherry flavored things, specifically cherry lemonade. Favorite belongings - her shield. Also Day (/j) Usual Coffee Shop Order - Coffee, black with no sugar, the more bitter the better. In honesty- she mostly gets this because it is the only thing that keeps her awake in the day. If given the opportunity she'd probably get something different but- Various inspirations, muses, and characters/media/ things I relate her to: • First's current personality is HEAVILY inspired by Undertale and how the characters are written in it, as monsters and enemies with lovable personalities and all that. Papyrus and Undyne both equally inspired her heavily, with both her vigorous and loud personality and passion for her job and friends. Plus her obliviousness - • An early inspiration for First's dynamic with Day was Hercules and Meg, and though First is now not really inspired by Meg, the song "Won't say I'm in Love" still encapsulates how I think their relationship starts.• First and Day are kinda like a perfect fairytale couple, and Day's story was inspired loosely by the themes of Cinderella. First is more a robin-hood type, and I imagine the way they talk about each other is like a romantic old Disney movie... where X is the annoying animal sidekick. • Each of my main three have a specific flower I relate to them, which is cheesy but y'know... currently Day is sunflowers, First is roses, and X is daisies, but this may change. • I relate each of my main three to the Sun, Moon, and Stars. I associate First with the sun-- THOUGH I also associate her with distant planets, namely saturn. • Songs I relate with First: Playlist• Various other characters First is similar to in role/personality are: Luna (MLP), Espeon (PKMN), Flower (BFB)" |
 - old GAME INFO (OUTDATED) - " Somnio, before X's addition to the cast, was wildly different than it is now, and the character that has definitely changed the most since I first began the project is First. The first Somnio mini-game, Festival of the Sky, was completely different to Somnio now. Festival of the Sky was an RPGmaker game which can be found here, and while you can still play it, know none of it is canon and I'm no longer happy with the product. This was my first ever real game, and is very short -- and First is barely in the game, only being there to prevent the player from reaching the castle. First was planned to have a bigger role in a future version of this story, however she was not a main character, and Day had an entirely different group of friends for his journey. First acted more as a love interest with a side plot rather than a staple of the story. However after selling the majority of my cast to buy X, the story for Somnio had to be redone. Eventually while building the new story- First just kinda clicked in my brain and she became a main character. In the next game I began that was eventually scrapped, First is the first character you meet, and she was planned to accompany you throughout the game. However this game was eventually scrapped, as I didn't feel happy with the setting and smaller aspects of the world. Screenshots and info about both can be found here." | |
- RELATIONSHIPS - " DAY - ROMANTIC INTEREST • Day and First start out in the story as complete strangers, but over time fall in love. Day greatly admires First's passion for life and finds her to be inspiring and a great leader, while First thinks Day is incredibly cute and would defend him with her life. Malewife/Girlboss." " X - BEST FRIEND/THIRD WHEEL• X and First have been friends since his death, and are very close. First sometimes gets annoyed by X's jokes and humor, but X never pushes her too far or makes her seriously upset. They do everything together, and there's never a moment they're apart! They don't know much about eachother's pasts, but neither of them feel like they need to."
" Day, First, and X are inseparable and it is encouraged that you draw the three together or in matching pieces! They are found family, and are always together. " " BEAKER / FLUNKY / CHESTER - ENEMIES / RIVALS • First is constantly being tormented by these three criminals, as they blatantly laugh at and taunt her while doing crimes she can't stop. She hates them a LOT, especially Flunky, who seems to particularly have it out for her." " PRINCE PORKCHOP - FRIEND AND GUIDE • At the start of the story, Porkchop is the only person in Morn who takes First even a bit seriously other than X and Day. He's very laid back and goofy, a sort of drunk uncle to the three that helps them on their journey. First greatly respects him as her boss-- though really she shouldn't as he's just a goofball who doesn't know what he's doing ever." " OTHER • Aside from the above ocs mentioned who have specific other dynamics, First is pretty disliked in Morn due to her loud personality, anger issues, and overall party-pooper mentality. She's seen as most as a joke, and nobody takes her seriously unless they pity her." " BRUNO - GIFT • This is kinda spoiler-y but idrc as it's not a huge deal and happens pretty early on. Plus this info is needed for context if people want to draw them together- Bruno is a gift from First to Day in the first chapter of Somnio, and is the first kind deed she does for him that makes him warm up to her. She buys him for Day upon realizing Day was just created and has never owned a plush before. This is a very important moment in the game, as Bruno is an item I plan to be used several times throughout the story. Bruno is an inanimate object (and as of now he stays one in story) but you are free to draw him alive or inanimate with Day and First. Bruno is based off of my in real life Build a Bear and was made canon mostly because I needed Day to have a plush item in the game, and it just seemed like the most logical choice as the two already had art together." " REM - PET • Rem is a character based off my IRL cat, and though I didn't plan for him to be canon he currently is, at least for now as a placeholder of sorts. Rem's role in story is as a save checkpoint, and he is a creature who only few characters can see. He is a lot like Day/X/First's adopted pet, and can be drawn with them as such!" " BOBBERT - ??? • First insists her intuition is never wrong- and one thing she is very insistent about is how she doesn't trust Bobbert, the local comedian. Reasons? This AU has been retired as of 2024, and it's concept will be reused at a later date, albeit with many changes. • - HUMAN AU - • This AU wasn't really ever a thing, but First has been drawn human before. - UPCOMING AU CONCEPTS- - PETSHOP AU - • AU where Morn is an actual mall, and all of my OCs are pets in a rescue pet store (mostly all are hamsters.) Inspired greatly by Hamtaro with a similar premise to "Secret Life of Pets", this is a lighthearted and feel-good AU. It is still in basic development, and X in this AU is one of three main hamsters (Day/First/X) who help other pets be adopted. More info soon!• - MODERN AU - • Somnio's Modern AU is bare-boned at the moment, and currently has little to no story. It follows Day, First, and X in a modern setting with no magic, and the three are mall cops. This AU is worth mentioning as it is technically still being worked on, however probably won't be delved into any time soon. • - ROYALTY AU - • Somnio's royalty AU exists, but has no story or concepts as of 2/24.
