Deepwater

coralclaw and sandywing's mom + fishpaws and rockfall's grandmom!

Deepwater is an intelligent and patient she-cat with long and silky fur. Her sister is Wavecrash, but she doesn't share the same opinion on the Firespots fiasco and remains neutral. Her opinion changes against both Firespots and Crowstar because it got her sister killed, and she regrets not telling Wavecrash to stay out of it.

She is deeply (haha) in love with Springflower, and had a surrogate father so that she could raise kits with her mate. She loves her kits and is greatly saddened when they end up not getting along.

Not long after Coralpaw and Sandypaw are apprenticed, Deepwater is caught in a riptide while hunting and drowns. This is devastating for her family and starts the downward spiral of the two sister's relationship. From Starclan she keeps a close eye on them, and often comes down to be with Springflower in her dreams. She is also interested in Fishpaw's journey and talks with her occasionally. Deepwater has a harder time communicating with her daughters though, with Sandywing having other things on her mind and Coralclaw deciding to shut her out.
