a pretty peg, who I'm assuming is more rough around the edges than you'd think
She's a small pegasus with an injured wing; she's new to Cloverly, her injury happened on her travels. Mauled by a group of adolescent dragons.
Luckily the Rangers found her just outside of the Cloverly Territory, so they took her into the city to get treatment and now she kinda... isn't leaving cause her wing really, REALLY got messed up and she's not sure how to cope.
Luckily she's just... mostly hanging out at the weather academy watching young rangers train.
Thrasher has noticed the young pegasus and specifically her injuries. He knows how difficult it all is, he had to entirely re-learn flying with his crippled wing and shoulder. So he starts just... sitting by her, inviting her to eating with him, and even putting her to training without even asking. She's... glad for that, she doesn't know how these "ponies" are so freaking friendly. It's a dog-eat-dog world, and she doesn't really trust Cloverly. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THERE ARE DRAGONS, RIGHT THERE IN TOWN! She nearly pooped accidentally walking into one in the market.
She's just not very vocal or a talker. Especially about feelings. So the way Thrasher handles her, by just... taking her along, inviting her, she really starts to connect little by little. At least with him and the other ranger recruits.
