Rees Bardos is civility on a planet of chaos. He is the general of Roma-Rama, a title that started as self-proclaimed, but one he was always more than willing to prove was well-deserved. He spent a significant portion of his youth on earth, particularly in Germany. He's an accomplished individual and is generally strong-willed and confident, yet his default setting seems to be peaceful and serene. He spends most of his free-time doing domestic work, gardening, or trying to invent new spells. While he is all of this, Bardos has always also been timid around women.
History
Bardos started from meager beginnings. Roma-Rama, through all of his youth, had no designated ruler. The planet was split into smaller factions and generally lawless. His childhood was rough and the tribe he hails from focused all their efforts on survival. Bardos was a gifted child. Being a late-bloomer physically meant he was bullied constantly, but he was always helpful to the tribe with his magic. As a teenager, he proved himself to the rest of Roma-rama and became their scout sent to Earth.
When his position as scout was completed, his return to Roma-Rama was met with no applause. The planet still in chaos and largely unaware of the universe outside of it. Bardos immediately got to work rebuilding Roma-Rama the same way he had Sternseher.

Beserker Mode
Attack:
Bardos' eyes will glow red and blue, signifying that he has entered Beserker Mode. This his an enchantment of his own creation, planted on his head to focus mind and body, and blocking out then-moot bodily functions like seeing color and a sense of taste. Rerouting his physical and mental capacities to what he needs, he can immediately power up magic or (for a shorter amount of time) physical shortcomings. He is able to enter Beserk mode anytime he likes, but it can happen unintentionally if he feels a sense of danger/fear.
Arcane Voulge
Attack:
Bardos' weapon of choice is a polearm. If he does not have one present, he can summon one made of arcane magic. At its default, it works just as well as any regular polearm, but the intended purpose of it is for Bardos to control the battlefield better; with his opponent kept at a distance, Bardos can comfortably use spells.
Dimension Door
Attack:
A favorite spell of Bardos. While not inherently harmful, Bardos is able to open multiples at once and with precise control over location. Bardos is able to use this spell to great effect both in and out of battle. He can teleport anywhere he likes with this, but it does require he have something concrete about the location (such having been there himself, having something from the location, or knowing someone who is present at that location).
