- a mysterious agent working under an unnamed company in rockridge.
- elvany is occasionally referred to as “the tiger” by coworkers rather than their name, but it doesn’t appear to have much significance past their mask.
- works with a team consisting of opal, bluff, and viv.
- he keeps a very mysterious air about him, rarely sharing details about what he does or who he is. if questioned, he’ll often respond with unrelated phrases or the names of various insects.
- he always wears an orange tiger mask and seems to only be able to be viewed from the front. most other aspects of his appearance fade from the minds of those who interact with him and are replaced by cicada buzzing.
- they are eerily nonchalant, never appearing at least outwardly phased by anything rockridge has to offer. their voice is monotone and calming, and it sounds perfectly clear despite the mask in the way.
- they are very indirect and often speak more in riddles and quotes than actual sentences. they excel with most tasks given to them, work related or not, and never leaves any loose ends.
- they seem to express appreciation through favors and unspoken gifts, though they never bring this up.
- despite his bizarre nature, most seem to be on friendly or neutral terms with him, though that may just be because nobody can tell what he really does.
- he carries a suitcase full of insects and is occasionally seen speaking with them.

- the mask doesn’t move or change expression. the eyes may look in a new direction occasionally, but they go back to normal the second anyone takes a closer look.
- he has retractable claws and a seemingly real tiger tail. the rest of his body is vaguely human.
- insects are sometimes seen crawling or flying around him.
