High School and training to become a Pro Hero.

Shizuka is a of medium height girl with dark skin and brown eyes. She has short dark brown hair with a white strand on the right side. She also has a small beauty-mark under her left eye.
During her childhood, Shizuka had much longer hair that she braided into two low ponytails. She also wore two pink hairpins.
At school, Shizuka wears the standard female uniform which consists of a gray blazer with blue-green stripes, a formal white shirt, red tie, blue-green pleated skirt. Unlike her other classmates, instead of classic brown shoes and black knee-high socks, she wear white leggins and pink shoes.
Her hero costume costume consists of pink sleeveless hoody with yellow details. The hood has pair of cat ears with two hairpins. Also separate pink sleeves, pink skirt with a slightlt transparent yellow bottom, pink shoes with red and black details.
Shizuka’s casual suit consists of a light purple hoodie with bunny print, white skirt, soft lilac colors knee-high socks and white shoes.
Shizuka is a quiet and sweet girl who prefers to sit out most of the time if she feels that she doesn't fit in somewhere. She is quite modest and naive, seeming like a child who likes cute things and pink color. In childhood, she was kind a quiet, cowardly and also a crybaby, as she could burst into tears over a trifle, for which she was called "Crybaby", but fortunately this period she was able to outgrow.
Shizuka may seem frivolous in the sense that she is so deeply immeresed in her thoughts that she may not notice how a dialogue has began with her. She also pretty often use various words from video games and she explains it like she's playing.
Shizuka is quite smiling and sociable with close friends. She chooses them carefully, trying not to make unnecessary acquaintances, and keep only those in whom she is 100% sure, especially if these people share common interests with her.
Shizuka is a fan of video games, like of all possibles genres, even dirties ones. She often spends her free time at a computer or console, playing some new or old games, which is why she periodically suffers from distraction or forgetfulness, since spending a lot of time online, she is lost in real time. It is typical for her to sit up until 4am in front of the monitor, and then go to bed and, of course, oversleep and rush as fast as possible to classes.
But she is not aloof or, in any sense, strange. It's just that as a child, she experienced a rather unpleasant incident that left a deep enough scar inside her: bullies offended her so much that in a fit of anger and grief, she tore down a concrete wall in a kindergarten, which caused the offenders to go to the hospital. This incident developed a terrible self-doubt in the girl, as well as a fear of her own quirk, which she was very afraid to use. And only thanks to the support of her father, she was able to overcome her fear and gain some kind of self-confidence.
Shizuka is a very caring hostess. She keeps the house clean, but she doesn't know how to cook at all. But this does not prevent her from studying cookbooks and reading recipes on the Internet, experimenting with cooking and preparing various dishes, although quite often they end up with the fact that her food is inedible.
She also tends to avoid unpleasant topics, carefully trying to switch it to something more interesting or positive. Thus, she tries not to quarrel with people and avoid any conflicts.
Overall Abilities: Shizuka considered as pretty strong girl in her class, although at first glance it's hard to said. She has shown to be quite formidable and has good handling on her Quirk allowing her to move pretty big objects telekinetically and use them as projectiles to attack others or protect herself using some ojects as shield.
Shizuka shows pretty good strategic thinking, being able to guess the enemy's next attacks and counterattack in right time. Also she knows her weakness sides and never rush into the battle if she understands that the opponent is clearly stronger when her.
Shizuka's abilities garnered the attention of Nejire Hado, the third strongest student of U.A. High School's Big 3, who recommended her with Ochako Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui to intern alongside her under the tutelage of Ryukyu , the No. 10 (formerly No. 9) Pro Hero.
Bilingualism: Shizuka speaks both English and Japanese competently.
Quirk
Telekinesis (テレキネシス, Terekineshisu): Shizuka is able to affect space, that is, move objects with the power of thought and change their shape, as well as to live creatures, but they can only be moved within a certain radius. She can also interact with objects around her, doing several things at the same time, such as cleaning and cooking. When she activate her quirk, Shizuka's eyes begin to glow purple, and a glow of same color is released from her hands.
The maximum weight of an object that Shizuka can interact with depends on its physical abilities and active brain interaction. At the moment, she can lift up to 5 tons at a time. As soon as she reaches her limit, she experiences a severe headache in the temples, and the eyes gradually darken.
Controlling the quirk also depends on the psychological state of Shizuka. For example, when she's very nervious, small objects around her begin to levitate, and with the negative emotions, she's able to release the strongest shock waves the can destroy concrete buldings.
