Noahtak 'Noah' Kenzinger ((ケンジンガーノアタック, Kenzinger Noahtak), also known as Neo-Stratos (Kanji, Rōmaji) is a fan character for the My Hero Academia manga and anime series by Kohei Horikoshi. where in this headcanon he serves as a main character in Class 1-A training to become a Pro-Hero

LNoah is a young man of tall stature with reddish brown hair and lavender eyes. Noah has a muscular build from the time spent practicing with his quirk to better control it and prevent it from going haywire. Noah's hair style is a bit peculiar sporting a single long bang inbetween his eyes and shorter jagged ones on opposing sides of his face with a cowlick scruff of hair standing up at the top. and has a wardrobe of the standard UA High School uniform, though unlike most students, he generally wears his outfit unbuttoned letting it flare outwards, and wears a large red scarf around his neck (keeping the trend with main Quasar OCs). When not on school campus, Noah's outfit changes depending by the day though he often wears colors with different shades of blue in his wardrobe. Noah's hero costume is design to be able to withstand the heat his fire generates on top of being waterproof and as durable as his scarf being made from similar material outside of the inhibiting elements his scarf has. Noah's hero costume goes through multiple changes over the course of his first year.

Hero Costume V1.

Noah's initial costume consisted of a pair of royal blue sweatpants with a black long sleeve shirt that had a bird similar to the hummingbird geoglyph in grey design with a grey line going down his shirt with grey gloves, black boots with blue sphere and white and orange rims, and a grey cloak with grey hood attached with a mask.

Hero Costume V2

Noah's second costume is largerly similar to his first only now his gloves are royal blue and the bird insignia on his chest is a phoenix rather than a humming bird on top of being blue as well. His cloak's hood now has a pointed end to it and is darker grey in color with the rims of his boots not being blue instead of white.

Hero Costume V3

The current version of Noah's costume is largerly the same as before but now a darker grey and closer to black with his scarf tied around his waist in the form of a sash.

Though Noah's trademark accessory is red cashmere scarf that he's always seen wearing whether it's during school hours, in the dorms, out in public, or even on the beach he's always seen wearing his scarf with the only times he takes off is for conventional purposes like taking a shower or sleeping.

Noah displays an odd character who seems to have split personality showing one character in one moment, and an almost completely different character the next. Generally in normal circumstances, Noah has a rather easy going and mellow personality generally being reserved most of the time despite being a tad bit hot-blooded being eager at the sound of an adventure or experiencing something new. This being due to his being isolated more and more after his quirk manifested resulting in him being a bit naive to the world around him being fascinated by the sight of what people view as simple things and can fail to pick up on social cues at times. However, because of this trait, Noah is easily distracted and gets childishly excited over the smallest things implying he may have a form of ADHD. However, Noah's easy going nature is really a facade to hide his quieter and sad personality. Never forgetting the his past actions of inadvertedly causing multiple natural disasters that resulted in the destruction of multiple cities and dozens of casualties in Europe in his younger years due to his inability to control his quirk that lead to his isolation, Noah pretends to be excitable to mask his pain and regret for past action even if he couldn't control his power. On top of masking his pain, Noah's fake cheerful personality is his way of trying to be 'normal' and be more approachable in hopes of making friends, seeking companionship his whole life, and seems to naturally be drawn to energetic people hence the close friendships he has with the likes of: Eijiro Kirishima, Toru Hagakure, Denki Kaminari, and Mina Ashido.

Due to his past actions of killing hundreds of people, Noah has a lot of guilt and self-hatred for those events having developed a view of himself as being a monster or abomination of nature or walking natural disaster rather than a human and feels the scarf he wears around his neck that's meant to keep his power in check is more of a shackle meant to hold him down and be a daily reminder of the pain he's caused others. With that feeling in mind, Noah's come to believe that he doesn't deserve to be happy or loved by anyone even if he wants to have the connection of a romance with someone which when that ends, it leads him to considering this but, after his first break-up with his classmate Mina Ashido, he had begun to fully accept this and that being alone forever, misunderstood by others and believed to be a monster who doesn't deserve love or happiness is his punishment for the past. As a result, Noah can become extremely quiet and insecure should something go wrong with his quirk and doesn't handle death very well, being emotionally distraught and withdrawn for weeks after the death of Sir Nighteye and seeing the others in the Fatgum injured after the raid on Overhaul's compound and emotionally shattered to the point of inconsolable crying in his second year following his hand being forced to end the life of a villain even if it was to save his sister, leading to him leaving UA temporarily to study abroad to learn how to try and forget about his actions before learning completely that he has to cope with it and accept it happened to truly move on.

Because of his past actions, Noah aims to be a hero as a means of atoning for his past, feeling it fair to devote his life to heroism to make it up to those he's hurt whether it be physically or emotionally by taking their loved ones away from him. Due to this and the guilt he's built over the years, he developed a 'Leeroy Jenkins' attitude of not caring whether he lived or died on the job of being a hero, feeling if he lived he could continue to atone for his past and if he died than he'd be free from his burden. Following the beginning his second relationship with Mina, Noah's cheerful personality begins to become more genuine. Upon Mina guiding him to getting closure with Sir Nighteye's death and the aftermath of the Shie Hassakai Raid and subsequently talking to his peers who were involved and getting to know their feelings on the event and how they weren't any different from his own, Noah views the moment as "seeing the sunrise on the world for the first time in years", slowly but surely beginning to become a brighter person with his faith being renewed with his friends giving him something to believe in, now aiming to be a hero to live up to the potential his peers see in him as well as to inspire another who had an upbringing similar to his own, although he still has his moments of feeling guilt over his past.

Noah has as a fascination for otaku culuture and fantasy. During his years and extend time in isolation, when not being homeschooled, Noah would pass time by reading manga and other books while watching anime during the times he wasn't allowed outside. Due to this, he has a large intrigue for fantasy along with urban legends and myths in the world or different areas in which he lives. He's a fan of video games, primarily Nintendo games and is noted by his peers for being a shameless cheater when they play together seeing no issue with it due to having not many people to play with as a kid. When Noah is in class or beforehand, he can often be seen reading a manga or playing his Switch/3D-S that he brought to class with him that day. Noah also has an interest for astronomy with star gazing being one of his favorite hobbies, often visiting a special place he designated his spot at night in the park where he can have a clear view of the stars and moon at night.

However, despite all of this, Noah ultimately is good at heart and wants to do good with part of his desire to be a hero coming from wanting to protect and help kids. Despite his bad characteristics, he ultimately treats his friends and loved ones well, caring about them more than anything.

Overall Abilities: Despite the poor control of his quirk and slow progress in improving it, Noah proves to be a fairly powerful hero in training claiming a spot amongst the strongest in Class 1-A despite having control of at best 8% of his quirks full power. Due to his belief that his poor control of his quirk stemmed from his body being too weak to control, Noah began training his body through physical work out routine as early as 7 to better control his quirk resulting in him having a fairly musclar build.

Inhuman Strength:Due to his quirk's mutation of his body's celluluar and muscular structure, Noah even without his quirk can display a monstrous amount of physical strength displaying a gripping strength of 1280kg (2,820lbs) during Aizawa's quirk assessment test and by himself can lift a max 16 tons during the beginning of his 1st year at UA and has displayed it during moments such as his fight with Mina Ashido in their Battle Trial training when he punched through the steel wall of the building and subsequently getting stuck and during Joint Training with Class 1-B, grappling and overpowering Jurota Shishada before giving him a beating that ultimately forced him to retreat. With his quirk he can take his physical strength further.

Inhuman Durability: Due to his quirk's mutation of his body's celluluar and muscular structure, Noah boast a great amount of durability being able to take being a large amount of physical abuse and even muscle tears and continue to get back up no worse for wear. hit by Mirio Togata and still be able to continue fighting (albiet in a considerable amount of pain).

Inhuman Speed: Noah's greatest assest his speed being able to run at base 50 meters in 3.64 seconds upon arriving at UA. Towards the end of his first year at UA he later learns to create a vacuum around himself to resist air resistance to move at higher speeds allowing him to outpace even U.A.'s top student Mirio Togata in speed, giving the perception of him teleporting. With this, Noah can boast about being 1-A and possibly of U.A.'s student body as a whole.

Inhuman Stamina: Due to aerokinetic abilities , Noah's stamina is above that of the average human. With his quirk, Noah can control the amount of air his lungs holding allowing to continue exerting himself in physical activity without having to stop to catch his breath, though his body will eventually feel the strain of pushing himself.

Multilingualism: Due to being born in Switzerland, a diverse country and moving around a bit in his life, Noah learned how to speak multiple different languages in his youthful years to be able to communicate with others. At the beginning of his first year at UA, Noah was capable of fluently speaking six languages and understanding seven. Noah can fluently speak three of Switzerlands four official languages: Swiss German (his first language), Italian and French as well as three other foreign languages like English, Japanese, and Russian. He's capable of reading and translating Switzerland's fourth official language Romansh but, he can't actually speak it.

Keen Intellect: Despite being homeschool by his parents who don't really have any credentials for teaching, Noah boast a considerable amount intelligence from his limited homeschooling the various books he'd read as a kid in isolatoin. As such Noah is noted for being booksmart but not very streetmart. Noah's academic performance is well enough for him to rank 7th in Class 1-A's overall grades and teach decently enough to help Mina Ashido who scores 2nd to last in 1-A's grades pass her her 2nd term finals. On the battlefield, Noah's lack of streetsmarts is apparent with him not knowing how to properly fight and have no instinct for battle but due to his internships and work studies, he quickly catches up and develops that skill beign able to think more tactically from his experience even if still below a good deal of his peers.

Indomitable Will: Despite having mental scars from his upbringing, Noah is extremely tenacious in his goals being determined to become a hero which shows itself when his own parents being against the idea of being a hero and wanting to pull him from UA and enroll him in a program to help him control his quirk, Noah adamantly refused this being willing to expose his actions to the public so he could remain at UA to train to be a hero. Noah's tenacity comes from his desire to make up for his past actions of destroying cities and killing hundreds of people being willing to stake his life on that goal. This is shown even in life-threatening situations such as his fight with Overhaul alongside Midoryia where despite panicking and coming dangerously close to losing control of his quirk, he desire to save Eri and be a hero as well as live to see Mina again pushed Noah to manifesting Soshimanto for the first time with his burning soul and passion to be a hero coming to life in the form of a power-up he needed to overwhelm Overhaul.

Quirk

Elemental (エレメンタル, Erementaru): Noah's quirk is a fusion of both quirks of his father's weather manipulation quirk and his mother's earth manipulation quirk. The fusion resulting in Noah being able to control nature to his own to a degree with being able to create thunderstorms with high voltage lightning, tornadoes, or blizzards as well other natural disasters. However due to his quirk containing so much raw power and needed to be restrained the restrained variation of his quirk resulted in Noah's quirk giving off the abilitiy to manipulate the four natural elements which is still apart of nature. Each element can be manifested in different ways with each elementa having a profound effect on his body. The quirk itself has a stockpiling nature with the stronger Noah gets with time, the more powerful the quirk becomes. I.E. Noah currently can utilize at best 8% of his quirks full power, but that 8% may be equivalent to 35% of his quirks full power when he began attending UA. Outside of the emission ability of his quirk, it doubles as a mutation variant having mutated his celluluar and musclular structure to allow his body to better maintain his quirk's power resulting in the unnatrual physical capabilities he has on top of self-training.

• Geokinesis: Noah's geokinesis increases his durability and allows him to control the Earth around him but has a drawback of being unusuable when he isn't connected to the Earth. Later develops an advanced version called "The Cloak of Atlas" That gives him an insane boost of durability and physical strength at the cost of his speed being hampered

• Pyrokinesis: Noah's pyrokinesis in base (at the moment with only control of 10% of his quirk's full power) can create flames as hot 9,200 degrees celsius (16,500 degrees fahrenheit), though it has a drawback of overheating him if used too often and when the sun isn't present at night, his fire is noticeably cooler and unusuable altogether during solar eclipses due the sun darkening. Though the heat of his flames increase during solar flares. Later develops an advanced form called "The Cloak of Wolfrayet" which increases the heat of his flames and speed beyond that of heat found on the earth at the cost of overheating quicker."

• Aerokinesis: Noah's aerokinesis allows him to manipulate the air around him to push and pull objects around him as well augments Noah's speed that gives him the illusion of teleporting when he's moving at top speed. Noah's quirk also allows him to breathe in the upper parts of the atmosphere and make use of the limited amount air in certain places. However, he has the drawback of being unusable if Noah's in a setting without breathable air

• Hydrokinesis: Noah's hydrokinesis allows him to manipulate water from a source of water he has near him and augments hiss dexterity making him more flexible. In addition to greater dexterity, Noah's hydrokinesis is limited by whether or not the moon

• Weather Manipulation: Noah's quirk when not restrained by his scarf results in him effectively being able to control nature and manipulate the weather

Super Moves

Twisted Twister (ツイストツイスター, Twist Twister): By spinning rapidly, Noah creates a minature tornado with wind speed fast enough to cut through flesh and toss whoever's inside a considerable distance.

Ryuseigun (りゅうせいぐん, Meteor Shower): By harnessing collected heat energy, Noah can launch of focused meteor like missile like blast of fire from the air.

Elemental Shuriken (エレメンタル手裏剣, Elemental Shuriken): Noah forms a shuriken out of his preferred element and hurls it at his opponent.

Raikiri (ライキリ, Raikiri): Special skill learned later into his UA career, Noah eventually learns to harness plasma (pure form of fire) to create and direct lightning.

Gravitational Push/Pull (重力推進, Jūryoku suishin/): Noah's most basic attack by controlling the air around him or another, Noah simply pushes or pulls the target with air. Noah learns an 'upgraded' variant in his second year but learning how to intensify the weight of air to make things heavier to bear down on someone to pin them down.

Spiral Force (スパイラルフォース, Spiral Force): A physical variation of Twisted Twister where Noah spinning while launching himself at an opponent with an added elemental effect.

Nature Breaking (自然の内訳, Breakdown of Nature): Thanks to Mina Ashido teaching him how to break dance, Noah can use his elemental quirk while spinning on his back to form a shield for offensive and defensive measures.

Soshimanto (ソシマント, Elemental Cloak): Noah has four different 'upgraded' versions of his base quirks with each augmenting a specific element giving Noah a boost physically and possibly an impairment with another.

• Cloak of Rayet (Rayetのマント or Rayet no Manto): Cloak of Fire that increases the heat of Noah's fire ten fold with Noah's fire under normal circumstances peaking at 170,000C (307,000F). In this state, Noah's hair stands up slightly and along with his eyes changes to a scarlet red color with his body steaming and a ring of fire around his feet. Noah begins generating enough heat that his body is almost constantly crackling with red electricity. With this cloak, Noah's physical strength and speed in noticeably enhanced from more blood flow through his body. With the Cloak of Rayet, Noah is a bit more resistant to his fire and can resist overheation longer than normal but it's still possible for him to overheat and will suffer more serious overheation as a drawback in the form of massive heatstrokes or his body's muscles tearing apart from overexertion. Though this is Noah's prefered cloak to fight with.

• Cloak of Gliese (グリーゼのマント or Gliese no Manto): Cloak of Water that surrounds Noah inside a veil of water that depending on the insensity can being a large bubble of water surrounding Noah's entire body or a large water spout. In this state, Noah's hair stands up and his hair/eyes change from their usual color into a lapis blue color. The Cloak of Gliese grants Noah greater flexibility and reflexes allowing him to react to threats faster than he normally could. With a viel of water surrounding his body, Noah doesn't need a water source to use his hydrokinesis and with the intensisty of the water volume of the veil, his hydrokinesis packs more force. Though this cloak doesn't enhance Noah's physical abilities in anyway and prolong use can cause soreness in his muscles and blurred vision from the water.

• Cloak of Atlas (アトラスのマント or Atlas no Manto): Cloak of Earth that covers Noah's forearms, calfs, shoulder, and midsection in thick rocks as well as a crown on his head of rocks. In this state, Noah's hair stands up and his hair/eyes change from their usual color to an emerald green color. The Cloak of Atlas grants Noah greater physical strength and durability than what he normally already has and can manipulate heavier sources of earth. However, the trade off of this is Noah gains no boost in speed is slower than making this a cloak he doesn't use too often.

• Cloak of Draper (ドレーパーのマント or Draper no Manto): Cloak of Air that surrounds Noah with a pulsating aura of air constantly moving around around. In this state, Noah's hair stands up and his eyes and hair changes to daffodil yellow color. In this state, Noah's speed increases allowing him to move fast enough to break the sound barrier and increasing the intensity of his aerokinetic abilities. However, this provides no real increase in his physical strength and durability and if he's moving at his top speed, it blurs his vision and he can't see where he's going.

Unrestrained Elemental/Nature King (拘束されていないエレメンタル/ネイチャーキング, Unrestrained Elemental/King of Nature): When Noah removes his scarf that's meant to limit his power, Noah can access the full power of his quirk (at that point in time) with his power increased to their max, taking his strength and augmenting it to a level that comparable or greater than that of Japan's top heroes allowing him to easily match them in overall strength if not overwhelm them. When his full power is unleased Noah's normally reddish brown hair becomes periwinkle in color and an ephereal bluish white aura with blue electricity surrounds Noah's body. Noah's abilities go to their max with Noah being to manipulate the earth to lift mountains, create water spouts, create derancho's capable of blowing down and bending metal, and creating fire that's comparable in heat to that of the core of white stars. With his full power at his disposal, Noah can manipulate the weather freely and summon high voltage bolts of lightning on top of creating torrential rainstorms. However, he can only control his quirks power for a max of 5-10 minutes and during that time he gradually becomes noticeably more and more aggresive almost taking pleasure in fighting and inflicting harm to his opponents before he loses control making this a technique he only uses as a last resort.

Wrathful Elemental (怒り狂うエレメンタル, Raging Elements): Wrathful is a variation of Noah's quirk that is situational only occuring under certain circumstances but the result is the same of Noah losing control of his quirk resulting in his power fluctuating with the circumstance releasing more power. In this stage, Noah's appearance shifts and his hair stands up more widely with, turning jet black and his eyes become shaded over with his sclera turning red and his eyes pupils turning yellow and his body becomes surrounded by an ephereal purple aura with black electricity around him. When Wrathful, Noah's abilities go beyond their limits with Noah's speed breaking the light barrier and being able to turn a mountain into dust, create fire with heat equivalent to the core of a blue star and remove the water from the ocean to his own ends.

• Type 1: Fight or Flight: As the name states, this occurs when Noah's in a situation where he feels he's going to die without any means of defending himself and will cause him to temporarily lose control and his quirk will release more energy to provide Noah a means of defending himself and either fight back or run. In this state, Noah has some degree of control over himself and his action and can regain his sense of self once his body is sure he's safe though his memory of what happened may or may not be intact afterwards.

• Type 2 (Berserk): As the name states, this occurs when Noah loses control of his quirk as a result of losing his naturally calm composure and is emotionally distressed to a point where his rage boils over and takes control. In this stage, Noah's primary focus is to destroy the thing that was the source of his anger and triggered his changed and won't snap out of it until he's confirmed he's destroyed his target or is otherwise calmed down.

• Type 3 (Wrathful): The most situational variant that requires Noah to be using his quirk's full power for longer than the allotted time he can use resulting in the natural inhibitors of his brain placed on his body being lifted and Noah's full power goes beyond their limits causing a massive influx of power. In this stage, Noah completely loses control of his quirk and his rationality effectively going 'mad with power'. Once Noah's completely lost control of his quirk, he can't be reasoned with and attacks anything and everything in sight indistriminately without regard for who or what may be in the way. Noah's personality takes a complete 180 with his kind/calm disposition being replaced with a more malicious and erractic personality seemingly taking pleasure in the damage he causes. While still capable of coherent speech in a colder monotone voice, Noah often growls and snarls more than actually speak, instead sporting sinister looking smiles.

In all circumstances, Noah's power goes beyond the limits of what he's capable with the "wrathful" variation of his quirk generating the most energy that makes Noah a hazard to both himself and others around him. In all circumstances, Noah will begin to distort the fabric of nature with Noah's presence being enough to cause a torrential thunderstorm that covers Japan, drain life of nearby plants, cause volcanic eruptions, create tsunamis, or earthquakes by walking, basically causing a natural disaster by being in one area. When Wrathful Noah is capable of generating the full amount of energy as a natural disaster and use it for pure destructive purposes making Noah a hazard to others because the amount of energy he generates with his quirk is more than enough to wipe the country of Japan as well as surrounding areas off the face of the Earth. Noah is a hazard to himself because his body will naturally resist the normal downsides of his quirk and prolonged use of his Wrathful state will begin to cause him psychological damage and potentially cause him to have a stroke or heart attack intense enough to kill him.

Red Cashmere Alloy Scarf: While seemingly a fashion accessory, Noah's scarf is made of similar material to that of Shota Aizawa's scarf however, it can't freely move about or stretch as far as Aizawa's only being to stretch from 15-25ft. Like Aizawa's scarf, Noah can freely use it to restrict or grab hold of whomever he chooses making it a useful tool for battle. However, while the scarf is remarkably strong and durable, it's main purpose is to serve as a power inhibitor. Due to Noah's quirk being dangerously destructive and his lack of control over it, Noah's scarf serves as a means to limit his power to a level he can control, though if Noah were to remove the scarf he could use larger amounts of his power if necessary at the risk of losing control..
