BACKSTORY:

Flora lived a normal life until she was 10. Shortly after her birthday, a young angel appeared before her, announcing that her name was Marissa and she had been chosen by the angel elders to be Flora's Guardian - her protector for life. This was a great thing, but unfortunately a young devil named Lazarus, who had a crush on Marissa, decided to join them in hopes of getting the angel's attention. He refused to go away and has been a part of Flora's life ever since.

While Flora initially struggled to deal with these changes, she eventually grew to appreciate both Marissa and Lazarus's presence.

PERSONALITY:

Flora is a quiet, shy girl who values her privacy. Having lived with Marissa and Lazarus for most of her life, she's become quite good at keeping their existence a secret, though it still puts a strain on her. She hates being stared at and is afraid of people thinking she's 'weird'.

Her Guardians have had a noticeable influence on her personality. From Marissa, she learns caution and sensibility. From Lazarus, she learns how to stand up for herself and that it's sometimes OK to do things that aren't 'good'. Her behaviour is often dependent on which Guardian's advice she follows. However, she is also capable of ignoring them both and making her own decisions.

Flora tends to stay calm in serious situations, to the point of seeming unfazed even when she was hospitalised after a car crash. However, she's been known to lose her cool when trying to deal with her Guardians' conflicting advice, and easily gets flustered around people she has a crush on.

DESIGN:

Flora is a short, slightly chubby girl with long red hair and grey eyes. She likes striped clothing and often carries a shoulder bag. She has round glasses.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Marissa

Flora's Guardian Angel, assigned by the angel community to watch over her for life. Marissa is like a second mother figure to her, a source of comfort and companionship, and is often the person Flora goes to when she needs advice.

Lazarus

A devil who sticks close to Flora in hopes of getting Marissa's attention. They have an odd relationship, initially hostile, but eventually develop a mutual respect for each other. Flora considers Lazarus an important part of her life and values what his attitude has taught her.

TRIVIA:

- Deep down, she resents that her parents never gave her any siblings. This made the companionship of her supernatural guardians even more special to her.

- Wants to have a pet reptile someday.
