About
"Looking for something?"'Pip' is short for 'Pippin' which roughly means 'Excellent'. She's crafty, and small, and will do just about anything for the right price. She's near-silent because of her size and how unassuming she looks; most folks just pass an eye right over her. If she wants something, though, she'll make herself known. Even if you can throw her pretty far, you still shouldn't trust her unless she's your friend.
If you catch her in the square with a noisy little bell on her tail, chances are she's looking for jobs. Lucky for most anybody who needs it, she's willing to take payment in any kind of way you can think of. (If she could only do business in fancy-looking buttons, she'd do it in a heartbeat; she's a bit of a magpie like that.) If you spin the value well enough, she's happy to do just about anything for just about anything; just make sure not to fall through on your end of the bargain, or you might find some curious secrets of your own left out in the light of day.
Pip is part of a closed species known as CURIOS. Her defining traits are her heart-shaped tail bead, and her upside-down heart forehead marking. This marking is also the same colour as her eyes. You may find her personalised playlist HERE.

Personality
Pip is a bit of a melodramatic little goblin. We'll get that out of the way first. She likes to sneak around and give anyone she cares about some of the worst heart attacks; if she wants to be the centre of attention, she's going to do her best to be that. She's small, but she can take up a lot of space, or turn up in the most unlikely of places (think on top of a bookshelf, peering down at your and laughing if she caught you stubbing your toe). She's never malicious, but that doesn't mean you should willingly turn your back on her.
But of course don't let any of that fool you into thinking you can't tell her anything, or trust her at all! She can keep a secret better than a flytrap if you're friends! And she loves to make friends. Friends provide... many opportunities. It's all about making connections, right? She'll fight tooth and nail to protect those she loves, and even though she's the size of a toaster, she delivers a mean bite. Secretly, all she wants is to be treated like every other curio, except maybe a little bit special: like she has something she can offer someone else that only she can do, and that they want from her just for being her. Isn't that what we all want, in the end?

Pip is smaller than small, and uses it to her advantage as best she can. She HATES being picked up by surprise, but doesn't mind climbing on top of things to feel taller. She's bright pink, which would make you think hiding from others would be harder, but she's not afraid to get a little dirty to blend in a bit more, as well as wearing the appropriate level of camouflaged clothing. Or, in this case, ponchos or cloaks. If you ever see Pip in REAL clothes, something might be wrong. Ask her to blink twice or something.
Pip takes after her father's pinkness, but is much lighter overall; she keeps her hair short because otherwise it's too unmanagable for her fast-paced morning rituals, and she frequently trims her tail fur down to keep it clean and out of the way as well. Her forehead mark and eyes are the same dark pink, and her tail bead is a pink and white marble heart, with a silver metal ball-shaped endcap to mimic her forehead marking shape.
Design Notes
- her white face mask touches just underneath her eyes; she has pink freckles!
- her hair is perpetually in a messy bob cut
- she has normal, short-length ears despite artwork perhaps implying otherwise; she's just small and her ears feel bigger sometimes
- her darker pink markings are tabby-like stripes

pip ADORES her mother, and the trust between the two of them knows no bounds. wren understands a lot of pips motivations, and it really helped growing up to have such a good support system, especially because pip loves to cause trouble... but wren wouldnt have it any other way. what good are kids if they dont keep you on your toes?

pip gets most of her charm from her father, and shes very much her daddy's little girl; she could do no wrong growing up, and he's never been able to stay mad at her. he calls her 'petal', which she pretends to hate, but really appreciates that he's done it all her life.

the twins - (best bros)
mikey and jack are her two younger twin brothers; theyre both wildly taller than her, which she hates, but they treat her like the leader that she is and would do anything she asked of them. growing up, they were known as the trio around town. all three of them together in the same room can be dangerous, but its even worse if one is missing...since the other two are distracting you for a reason!

THIS is pip's third (honourary) brother; hes the most naive, but also most gung-ho to try new things and follow his heart. pip really respects that about him, even if shes a little jealous that everything he tries works out well!
