Arcellia is a witch that speciallises in spells. Though she may seem like a quiet bookish nerd at first, once you get to know her, her subtly mischivous nature begins to take hold. Her best friend is Micha and the two of them formed a coven. They live together in their cozy cottage, and though the two of them may seem quite different, they work well with each other.

Though she has a fair amount of knowledge on spells of all sorts, she has a special affinity for manipulating and harnessing astral magic.

Arcellia is a rather erudite individual, and when she isn't cleaning up after Micha, she's either developing her spell repitiore, or reading up on her latest novel. (she has quite the collection.)
