Basically a really grumpy high-school dropout who works as a scout. Because he can fly, he was recruited to be a scout of the coastal patrol group (aka aerial patrol) together with Unn and Niina (his teammates). They scout out coastal areas and active volcanoes to keep watch for natural disasters and/or dangerous monsters and other creatures (There are plenty in Geisa) This caused him to be on edge at all times and he's quite paranoid.
Because he has wings instead of hands, he struggled quite a bit in school. Holding a pen with no thumbs is near impossible. In the end, he dropped out due to incessant bullying and frustration. He was actually a smart student but just couldn't be bothered anymore.
As for life goals (or any goals) he's aiming to keep the coast and island part he's in safe. Besides the frequent natural disasters, there are also many wild beasts and animals terrorizing his home town.
Wolfram is blunt and rude and acts approximately 50 years older than he actually is. Making him self-sufficient and responsible with a rational mind. Though his irritability makes him quite the target for teasing, to which he reacts with angry outbursts (so still slightly immature). As said before, he's very paranoid, constantly aware of his surroundings, always assuming the worst outcome. The gas mask is a prime example for his paranoia. Ever since there was a devastating gas leak in his previous school, he never takes it off. He has frequent nightmares of gas poisoning
Of course, behind his cold and harsh exterior, there is a warmer and more fragile side to him. But he hides it as best as he can to avoid seeming vulnerable.
His parents were part of the coastal patrol and are now firefighters. Once he dropped out of school he was recommended by his parents to become a scout for the patrol. His parents are far less serious than him and often goof off to try and cheer him up, making for an odd family dynamic where Wolfie is the one scolding them.
He can grow more spikes at will and also shoot them from the tips of his wings. The spikes secret a venom that can paralyze an enemy for several hours. It's quite practical for stopping rabid animals, but it also means you should never hug him.

Dusk let the patrol use his library as their base. He's been very kind and supportive towards the patrol and they've grown to be like a small family. Dusk is always the one they turn to for advice.
Unn is his patrol leader so he has to follow her orders when on duty. They have a slightly uncomfortable dynamic, Wolfie respects her as a leader but otherwise acts completely cold and distant towards her. He outright avoids her when off duty, causing Unn to believe he hates her. The truth however, is that Wolfie has a crush on her and can't deal with it, so he avoids the issue entirely.
Wolfram finds Niina kind of loud and annoying, but Niina is very oblivious to it. He looks up to Wolfie and sees him as a role model along with Unn. Wolfie, being the grumpy unenthusiastic person he is, often gets annoyed at Niina. But he's warmed up a little and tries to be nicer to him (mainly so he doesn't upset Niina as much) Wolfie is also surprisingly protective over him and traumatizes any mean kid who tries to bully Niina.
Asra is part of another division so they team up frequently. He's quiet and diligent at his work so Wolfie respects him.
