Evan Black's Links
I wonder if he would've been like you if he had the chance. Don't second guess yourself so much, because you're everything I could've asked for from a son and much more than you believe.
You're everything I wanted to be when I was alive, but I never had the chance until now. I'm something akin to your shadow by now, but you've never said a word to discourage me yet. That's... not something I ever experienced with my real family...
Please... don't say that... You need to know how much you're worth... How much I need you to keep going.
You would never want to hear me say it, but it's true... you're everything to me. There's nothing else worth fighting for.
No one wants to see kids lose their chance at life so young, but Paul seems to be having the time of his death turning into whatever monsters he wants.
Mr. Evan comes and goes whenever he wants, but he's really cool when he's here.
Annelie's good to work with and all, and I like the group as a whole, but I can only tolerate being around that many people, especially with someone as outgoing as her, for so long.
Evan comes and goes whenever he feels like it, although he doesn't just leave at inopportune times. He's just a leaf on the wind that sometimes gets stuck to our chain link fence of an Eksel family.
I don't think I've ever seen a living Devil Whisperer before him. It's one thing to see these kids who've already become Eksel, their lives cut short unfairly... but it's another to see this kid who still has a chance, but we all know how stacked those odds are firsthand.
This guy looks like an older version of Carter. Didn't really have much time to get a strong impression of him, but Carter seemed to think highly of him.
Anya's a lot like Annelie and has been picking up a handful of her mannerisms lately... Good to see ladies like them so headstrong and confident, but wow, are they loud.
Evan and Carter aren't always with our group, but they join us pretty frequently. Carter seems to be learning a lot from him... Lucky.
Can't always agree with how Richard tackles some problems, but there's not much that can get in his way. He looks after the kids well though, so as stubborn as he might be, his heart's in the right place.
Evan's probably the only member of the group that's got a solid handle of his abilities, but he doesn't always travel with us. It's clear most of us are more at ease when he's around though.
I never really experienced being tormented by Eksel when I was alive. I suppose I was fortunate. Thaddius has known that pain for longer than most of us have even been around, alive or dead... and yet he still has all the same vulnerabilities as any kid who has to deal with this shit.
Evan's alright. I don't make a point to talk to him much, but he's about as cool as all of Carter's gushing makes him out to be. He seems to have taken this whole Eksel thing a lot better than most of us.
That's a neat look. Wonder if he came up with it himself.
I lack the proper quantity of observation to fully assess this Eksel's potential risk.
