I know very little about this chara but I'm already hooked and I ALSO WANNA KNOW HOW HIS POWERS WORK. I want his full bioooooo
Okay but consider: More art of Suave. Also consider: does he still use his abilities? Are they limited to outside games? Like can he just change the probability of winning $1000 from 0 to 100 or?
If the chance was '0' then he couldn't alter it. Essentially, his power tips the balance of chance and probability - but he can't say, alter it so it's 'more likely you had an Aunt Ethel' 'cause that's already set in stone. So he can't make you randomly happen on money if the money wasn't there to happen upon in the first place. Essentially his powers work better the more 'randomness' involved. So if something is COMPLETELY random he can manipulate it fully. But if something is impacted by other people or physics or whatever, whilst he can tip favour in certain regards, he can't outright manipulate the outcome.
