Basics
Has been raising himself and his baby sister, Lilac, since his parents died when he was 16. Not having any other family, and minimal inheriantence, money was very tight. Unable to see his sister go hungry, or struggling without the care she needed, he joined a criminal organization to make ends meets, and get Lilac the hard to obtain psychic Deaf aid animal. Ends up 'seduced' to the good side. Cause gay.

Personality
Generally nervous, he spends a majority of his time worrying about his sister, Lilac, and about how hes going to pay his bills. He's very warm and open when given the time, and loves those important to him with everything he has. The stress in his life since the death of his parents, combined with him joining a criminal organization in a desperate bid for money, has caused him to develop some health issues, but he has done his best to hide it, and to try to be happy when he can. He deeply dislikes his involvment in crime, and the majority of his coworkers, but he puts up with it as it pays the bills. After eventually being convinced to quit by V, he starts to warm up and become much happier overall.
Plot Involvement
Lucio is introduced as a recurring antagonist. Never doing any serious harm, it quickly becomes apparent that hes less than willing to go against the protagnonists. V, one of the main protagonists, begin trying to befriend him. The stress of balancing not wanting to fight people, said people being nice to him, and his current poverty eventually climaxes, and Lucio spills to V during an encounter about how much he hates his job, but how he needs it to take care of his sister. V laughs this off, and tells Lucio that their group could help him. That he and his sister will be safe with them.
Relationships
Lilac Sister
10 years old. Her scarf was given to her by Lucio, so she can hide if she gets nervous. Carries around a pillow in case her service monster [TBA] gets sleepy. Is still learning how to read mouths, but fluent in ASL, with Lucio doing his best to aid her in his spare time. Her brother has been raising her for 3 years, and she loves him very much.
V Best friend, boyfriend, stealer of jackets.
After first encountering Lucio while his criminal job was at odds with V and their friends, V was easily able to tell how little Lucio enjoyed his work. Deciding they couldnt just let someone so cute be involved with things that caused them to be opposed, (and realizing it was hurting Lucio to have the life he did), V did their best to encourage Lucio into joinging them and their friends in fighting against the organization. They were never much of a fan of starcrossed lovers. Lucio finds them very relaxing and fun to be around, and enjoys the time they spend together.
