CHARACTER INFO
Iolite has a tendency to worry about things a little bit too much, but doesn't generally show it. She's rather stoic and silent most of the time, but not necessarily cold. Communication with her can be difficult, but she'll open up if a problem is made known to her.
GEM INFO
Iolites are a class of gems similar to rubies: regular and rather low-ranking foot soldiers. However, unlike rubies, they are made for agility and long-range combat rather than for fighting enemies head-on. For these reasons, they don't function as bodyguards, and don't travel in platoons like rubies. Instead, they are generally stationed to guard things from afar, and equipped with firearms which they can use should something go wrong. Their small size allows them to fit into small spaces and be generally go unnoticed when stationed somewhere unless deliberately looked for.
