A precious little sweetheart. Chu-Chu is a petite young lady with a heart bigger than her chest. She is a gentle and soothing person who is concerned for those around her. Because of her caring disposition, she is often referred to as a garden princess; her love reaches far and wide. Chu-Chu doesn't wish to hurt anyone and only wants the best for others. She highly enjoys making gifts and bringing smiles to the people she loves and cares for; she's a very generous bunny. Because of her shyness, her reactions and responses can be a little difficult for her to manage.
She is incredibly paranoid and fearful of others and either becomes a pushover to them or avoids them as a result. She is constantly afraid of doing the wrong thing and being punished for such. She has a bad way of pushing others out of her life to make things less complicated for her and to avoid being manipulated of her kindness. Her shyness prevents her from sticking up for herself, so she tends to ghost away to avoid directly breaking contact with people. She feels extremely guilty whenever she does this and there's a high chance she'll go back to the person and apologize for ghosting.
Chu-Chu is a very timid and sympathetic person. She has a strong sense of empathy and even empathizes with fictional characters. She is easily scared and tends to jump up when tense. She doesn't fancy anything scary and feels uneasy when involved with anything horror related. She can't handle the sight of blood and will get nervous or faint if she sees or smells it.
Chu-Chu was born into the hands of Pene and Augustine on a cold October morning. Her custard pink hair and chocolate brown eyes gave her the appearance of a cute apollo strawberry chocolate candy drop. But an unfitting name of Chizu struck the two parents and that was her dreadful name to be. She was brought home shortly after Pene recovered from childbirth and was introduced to a life that bared grief and agony.
She was very much ignored by her parents during her youth, with emotional abuse being the most prevalent during this time. She was frequently disregarded and repeatedly made to feel worthless, unloved, and alone. She felt as if she was a child no one wanted. Her feelings and emotions did not matter in the eyes of her parents, and she was constantly punished both verbally and physically for never being good enough. So much was expected out of her at a young age - her career was already long planned out by her father. He wished for her to become a successful doctor and to marry and have children with a wealthy man. Whenever Chu-Chu showed interest in anything outside of that, she was ridicule by her parents and forced to comply to the future they made for her. That, or simply informing her that she can have other hobbies but being a doctor will always be her top priority. It put a lot of pressure on the young girl and the continual emotional upheaval only served to further degrade her.
She had three siblings in total, two brothers and one sister. Her older brother was praised for being brilliant, dependable, and far superior than she could have ever been. His grades were superb, and he demonstrated intelligence with a limited variety of interests. Her father's admiration was given to him, and she was forced to hide in the shadows. Her brother was, however, exposed to a great deal of physical violence despite being an honors child. He wasn't excluded from the abuse either, and that lead him to being cold and insensitive towards Chu-Chu as the years went on.
She began puberty a bit earlier than other girls, starting her menstrual cycle at a young age of ten. It scared her horribly but she managed with the help of her mother. As she grew older, her periods were becoming more irregular and heavier to the point of unbearability. She couldn't focus on her classes or participate in gym, causing her grades to fail miserably as a result. In extreme circumstances, she'd even swoon or pass out. Her painful menstrual cycles led her to be sent home on a continuous basis. It became apparent by one of her teachers that there may have been an underlying issue at hand. They informed her mother to get her checked out and to which she did. (wip)
Powder was Chu-Chu's childhood friend growing up. The two had drifted apart ever since Chu-Chu was forced to move due to financial reasons when she was younger. Upon reuniting again, Chu-Chu felt as if something was off about Powder but couldn't quite put her finger on it. He came off as rather strange and distorted, speaking in third person only when she was around and giving her long ominous stares during work. She batted it off at first, assuming there was nothing wrong. But the moment she stepped into his home; she knew Powder wasn't alright.
Chu-Chu thinks of Baba as a close friend and loves him dearly as she would any other friend. He is very much a part of her life, as she is part of his. She is, however, completely unaware of his petty jealousy of her. She's oblivious of his envious glances or aspirations to be like her. He goes the extra mile to avoid letting his mask slip but even if he didn't, her naivety wouldn't allow her to find out otherwise.
The two don't really communicate all that much unless it's at work. But they still respect one another regardless! She was very thankful to receive Confetti as a gift from him.
