Wow, she's a super fun happy happy fun time girl! And she puts a lot of work into making sure people have fun in her land. In privite she's calm and is even wise when it comes to the land. But out of nowhere she can do some weird random stuff with no warning. Also she changes her clothes all the time.

California is her best girl friend, they enjoying spending time together and are both really fun gals. Though Florida doesn't realize how hurt California is on the inside.

Wisconsin has a more normal human way of making others happy, in a way Florida just can't. And she holds him in high regard.

Nevada is someone she met during the civil war. And though they where on diffrent sides, they got along vary well afterwards. They both like going to bars together and messing around town with West Virginia. West and her aren't really super close, but they enjoying talking to each other and what not.
