Dulse

Dulse works as a lawyer, formerly for the LeafWings, but later relocating to Possibility. He’s slimy and manipulative, with very few morals and a hugely inflated ego. He has a weak spot for dragonets and will defend them to his last breath, but death be upon anyone who finds out about this - he has a reputation to uphold, for goodness’ sake!

He’s equal parts LeafWing and SeaWing but seems to have inherited neither tribe’s abilities, and appears mostly LeafWing except for his fins. He cannot breathe underwater, use Leafspeak, or willingly control the tiny glow patches on his scales. He’s very touchy about the subject and will verbally assault anyone who brings it up.
