Ozymandias

Ozymandias, or Oz to most who know of him, is a mysterious six-armed statue that offers various worldly goods in exchange for offerings of personal value. No living creature knows the statue’s origins, or how long he’s been around. Turns out it’s a little bit difficult to get information out of a questionably animate object with an attitude problem.

The Carnival King claims that Oz is a pretty good conversation partner, and insists he’s heard the statue speak. To be fair, all they had was each other for company for about a century while trapped in the Phantom Carnival.

The magical wheel that Oz holds can disappear and reappear at will. Where it goes when it disappears, no one can say, but it seems to be a part of him. All attempts to steal it from his grasp have been for naught, and often met with tragedy. He now resides in Chantilly’s home and place of business, set up snugly in the corner by the hearth. The firelight really does make his metal gleam in such a pleasant way, but the Carnival King can’t help but chuckle at the statue’s misfortune in being used as a coat rack.

It seems around the month of October and November, a strange power courses through the air, enough for him to break the curse on him for just a little while and walk around freely. Due to being stuck in the Carnival for so long, he hadn't been aware of this. What could have turned him into a statue in the first place? This mystery remains yet to be solved. Soon, he'll have to go back to being a statue again, until the next time he can free himself.
