Leila is Christopher's second in command, and knows how to handle just about anyone in a fight.
She has two kids, and one of them is Hudson Hampton. Incidentally she's not fond of the choices he's made in life, or of his ideals.

Leila is independent, clever, and intimidating. She's commonly considered Chris's balance, being much calmer and much more strict. There is little room for error in Leila's crew, and if you fuck up, you best be prepared to pay dearly.

As a teenager, she had a serious rebellious stage. She got her nose pierced, stopped giving a shit about being a proper lady and met her full potential as an outright bad-ass. She takes no shit from anyone, especially not her older brothers. Even Sol gave up trying to straighten her out and just let her be her boisterous self. (Much to Rita's dismay)
She had a few girlfriends on and off after making it to the U.S., but settled down with Quentin relatively quickly after meeting him.

Leila was a favorite aunt of Rosa's.

Her Scars:

Leila lost her eye while being tortured by an enemy family's patriarch in Italy.  It was her blue eye.

She and Rob were captured by said boss at the same time, and so Leila also cut herself on the bindings, managing to bust the ones around her shoulders and slip out from there.
