Chris, unlike Rob, was immediately a shining example of a leader. He takes pride in being the leader of the American branch of the Diodato family.
He is Richard's father, and treated him and his grand-kids, and his great grand-kids, with lots of respect and care.

Chris is very outspoken, brave, and intuitive. He was described by his underlings as caring and understanding, and by his great grand-kids as (and I quote) "FREAKING AWESOME". Chris has always been one for theatrics and making a strong impression on everyone he meets.

In his older years, he would dress as Santa Claus for Rosa and Alex around Christmas.

He has two scars on his chest from picking a fight with Leila when they were teenagers. She cut into him with her knife, twice.

In a fit of anger, Sol cut across Chris's mouth as an attempt to teach him some respect and to shut the fuck up. It didn't work too well.
