^Background

Runaan is the future child of King Laverne and Queen Essaerae of Arün. He was an accident, his mother not really wanting children and his father having an heir already, Laverne's younger brother, Jericho. After giving birth to him, Essaerae swore she wouldn't go through that again. Either way, he is now the heir to the Arünian throne. He was raised like most men of the Ingerman family were, raised to be the king when their time came.
