Copycat

        Dark red choppy hair with a long thin ponytail, eyes are grey-blue, skin is Caucasian (paled further by medical experiments), thin face, lower jaw replaced with cybernetics. His physique is a small waist, but otherwise kinda thicc. His cyborg body is gold and rose gold. He often wears a very long sleeveless burgundy coat. 

    Liu was given up for adoption at birth but was quickly adopted by a Chinese-Australian family. He was raised by them in Brisbane until he was 16, where he became interested in joining the military and subsequently did so. A year down the line he volunteered for a research project that turned out to be more than he bargained for; he met Dr. Eckstein and a team of scientists that turned him into the cyborg he is today. With little left of who he used to be, Liu felt trapped. Feeling as though he was helping build a better future for the world, he unknowingly fought against the Sons of the Patriots in the shadows. Totally lost on which side had better intentions. He eventually came into Vamp's sight and was killed at his whim, never completing his last mission. He was considered by Eckstein to be "a failed prototype of a brighter future."

Later on: Liu was resurrected by Ro; he was once again lost, and this time with no guidance. He fell in with enemies of the Diamond Dogs, clueless as to what either sides' goals were. He simply craved being needed. Seeming important. During his time with them he ran into Raiden on more than one occasion. Raiden proved a terrifying enemy, so Liu kept his distance. But he was also the reason Raiden's child was injured when Liu sent a MG Ray after Raiden in a public area after recognizing him, giving the child a permanent limp. Raiden sought to kill Liu, only knowing him as "Copycat" and not having seen his true form due to his mimicking-nanos, but couldn't locate him immediately.

Liu has remained undetected up till recently, and his skills have much improved since his run in with Vamp.

• Spends his scarce free time writing poetry.
• A natural crack shot with nearly any gun. No blades. 
• Doesn't have any cybernetics in his eyes; just amazing coordination and perception.
• Has a fondness for roses.
• Owns a custom rose gold assault rifle with "roses are red" painted on the side in Chinese, as well as a custom 9mm modern pistol.
• Dyslexic.  
• His life is an unfortunate series of mishaps due to him being The Big Dumb.
