- Horns are slightly longer than average, and curls a little more.
Brave: Roger is always ready to face any challenge, even if it includes fighting opponents much bigger and stronger than him. He uses his great determination and stamina succeed at his goals. Of course he doesn't always succeed but at least he tries. He doesn't let failure get in his way either, he is good using it as a motivation to do better next time.
Cooperative: While he may not seem like it at first, Roger enjoys the company of other Pokemon. He is used to hunt in a pack after all. While he likes being in charge, he is fine with taking a more passive role if it's beneficial for the mission or for the teamwork on a group.
Serious: Roger hates pranks and similar behavior. But he might laugh at a joke told by a Gold rank or something just to be polite.
Stubborn: His hunger for getting a higher rank (more power) as well as protecting his new family makes him determineted to stand up to any challenge in his way. He likes to help other members, especially the new recruits. But he hates to admit when he is wrong or have gotten into a problem he can't overcome.
Envious: While he tries not to show it, Roger can be very jealous of other Pokemons status, belongings or physical power. He might even be passive-aggressive about it. "Oh, you're a Rayquaza? It must be nice to be born with so much power without having to work for it like the rest of us." He is less likely to act like this if he have known the Pokemon for a while and they have earned his respect.
Cranky/rude: Whenever he just got woken up during a nap, someone is making too much noise for his liking (he has great hearing) or he simply have a bad day. He is likely to snap at them or at least tell them to go away. He might hold back a little if they are higher rank to avoid trouble.

Roger was born and raised in a pack of wild houndours/houndooms living in the forest around Veilstone City in Sinnoh. The pack would often terrorize travelers passing by Route 214 who wanted to enter/leave the city, usually to steal their food and guard their territory. They became a bigger and bigger problem as they would draw closer and closer to the city each night. It was even reports of people and their pokemon getting attacked outside their own homes after dark. Roger didn't mind this way of living, as he only cared about his pack anyway. He was tired of humans is invading THEIR territory to catch one of his friends or or nearly killing them as a way of training for this "Pokemon gym" or whatever it's called located in the city. One day the townspeople had enough and hired a professional Pokemon hunter to get rid of them. The pack was scattered, and many died. Roger got separated from the pack and ran through the forest as fast as he could. He was one of the lucky ones who survived, but now he was all alone. He missed having a pack, and one day when he stumbled upon Team Rocket he decided to join. He is hoping to one day find the Pokemon hunter and get his revenge. After being with the organisation for quite some time and slowly climbing the ranks, he was finally promoted to Diamond Rank. He couldn't protect his old pack, but he can help protect this one. Roger is ready to keep fighting for the glory of Team Rocket.
Roger never paid much attention to Emma. As she comes off as cowardly and naive. But he has seen her slowly but surely grow over the years. And her many years of loyalty to the Hideout has given him some respect for her.
Heart is a high-ranking Healer. Roger has seen Heart’s healing skills in action plenty of times. And despite being quite different, they are both hard workers who get along surprisingly well.
