Chuya was born in Reading, a city in the United Kingdom where she grew admiring pro heros along with her sister Reina until she was six years old. During a villain attack in her hometown, she had dropped her stuffed bunny, Sunbun, while fleeing. Chuya moved against better judgment to go retrieve her favorite stuffed toy, and before rubble fell atop her, a pro hero known as Lightbringer, real name being Sol Hope, quickly saved her and the said stuffed animal. Chuya had admired the Norwegian pro hero for a long time and equates this encounter to be the only reason she is alive to this day. Unfortunately, her parents hadn't been too lucky and met their untimely demise in the hospital after the attack.
Due to this tragedy, the orphaned girls were sent to live with their aunt in Japan. Their aunt did not provide the best care, in which both girls were subjected to emotional abuse. Because of this, Reina decided to take care of her sister at the young age of eighteen. They live in a semi-dangerous part of town in an apartment building, her sister doing her best to pay the bills as a small pro hero. Despite these difficulties, Chuya admires her sister and Sol as role models and wants to be a hero herself. Because of this, she decides to go to U.A and actually (to her surprise) makes it into the school.
In personality, Chuya is childlike in that she's often eager and full of energy with those she is close to. Her emotions are always easy to read and she trusts others easily, often wanting to make new friends. Academics wise she tries her best to be a good student but often finds herself doodling and or napping in class. She finds it hard to find the motivation to study or finish homework, often procrastinating or falling asleep as she tends to do both in her bed. This leads to her often seeking help with both activities, luckily having good friends who try to keep her on track and engaged.
Enhanced Agility
Chuya is known to be quite quick, her small stature and build make it so that she can easily dodge attacks that come her way. This helps in close combat which isn't her strongest, so she can get away to try her more powerful ranged attacks.
Musical Talent
Chuya's known to be able to play the acoustic and bass guitar because of her cousin who had his own little band while she was in middle school.
Nubikinesis
The user can create, shape, and manipulate clouds using the water in her body, hair that can shift into water, and the water around her. The clouds can emerge from any part of her body, since they are water vapor they can easily emerge through any clothing she is wearing. If her clouds are 100 meters around her she can control them to the full extent of her abilities, but if they float past that mark, they slowly disappear.

Weather Modification
The clouds can have their own weather conditions that she can control the intensity of. This can range from hail storms, thunderstorms, blizzards, ice storms, and floods. The intensity can also be determined by the size she makes the cloud.

Fog Generation
She can use her quirk to create strong mists that can make her attacker less likely to find her. Often used if she is in a tough spot against stronger opponents.

Cloud Solidification
Chuya can make the clouds she produces solid and they can stay that way for one minute.

Cloud Flight
Due to being able to make her clouds into solid masses, Chuya can ride on the clouds that she produces. They can be hard to control and often are paired with a weather condition. Due to the time limit, she cannot go too high or too fast without risking being injured. She does not prefer this method of travel as she prefers to be taken by surprise, and flying over would make her arrival obvious.

Nephokinetic Cloning
She can create cloud forms of herself in order to distract enemies, however, these cloud forms do not do anything and will fade in a minute.
Unending Hail Storm
She creates one giant cloud and creates hail that is as large as softballs which pelt down quickly. Because of how large the hail is, it can cause minor injuries to those hit by it and minor destruction to the area around the storm. This storm can last from one to five minutes.
Mega Storm
Similar to her hail storm except it is instead an intense thunderstorm. The rain pelts down hard and though now the environment around them is slippery, Chuya is able to navigate it quite well and use the environment to her advantage. This one lasts for a bit longer, from one to ten minutes.

Super Conductor
A combo move between her and Denki Kaminari, Chuya's Mega Storm helps Denki's electricity conduct over far areas through the water, able to disarm and shock many enemies at once without having Denki overexert himself. Chuya is able to protect herself using rubber rain boots and thus not have to worry about being shocked, and more so worry about covering more ground for Denki to use.
Denki Kaminari | Boyfriend
Chuya and Denki got together in their first year when she confessed to both Izuku Midoriya and him during lunch. The two of them are a bit of a chaotic duo, Izuku being the one who grounds them. Both are full of energy together and can be very affectionate no matter where they are.

Izuku also accepted Chuya's confession, getting into a polyamorous relationship with her and Denki; though they only share Chuya as him and Denki don't have feelings for eachother. Chuya is often more subdued around him, able to actually focus on schoolwork and slower activities as his energy tends to calm her sometimes restless nature.
Shoto Todoroki | Friend
Shoto and Chuya weren't very close in the beginning of the year, but through Izuku they became decent friends. They get closer once her sister Reina begins to date Enji Todoroki and the two develop a relationship akin to siblings.
Ayama Saotome | Best Friend
They met on the first day of school at U.A. Chuya was initially very shy, but overhearing Ayama say something about pro hero Lightbringer, Chuya quickly jumped into the conversation. She was able to bond with Ayama and she's stuck to her side ever since. She admires how smart Ayama is, how pretty and wise she tends to be. too!
Hiromi Ichiki | Best Friend
Chuya's childhood best friend since elementary school, though they unfortunately went to different high schools. Hiromi currently goes to Shiketsu and Chuya goes to U.A. respectfully. They do try to see each other often, but their busy schedules tend to get in the way.
Rocco Miyama | Best Friend
Chuya and Rocco bonded on the first day of U.A. as well. With Ayama and Rocco being very close friends, Chuya soon got to know her as well. They bonded over their love of food and snacks, often trading food throughout the school day. They both can be pretty bubbly and are often playful with each other.
Reina Ikeda | Sister
Chuya's older sister by six years, a pro hero herself. Chuya's primary caregiver as of the present time. They are as close as siblings can get, and Chuya admires her sister greatly for all she's done for her. They rarely fight and instead like to spend time with each other.
Enji Todoroki | Sister's Boyfriend
Enji is Reina's boyfriend. Chuya doesn't trust him at all at because of her friendship with Shoto. Though Shoto of course hasn't told her the gritty details of his experiences with his father, she knows enough to be cautious of him. Though he seems to be trying his best to be better, it'll take her more than a few good deeds to trust him.
Hitoshi Ishikawa | Acquaintance
Ayama's older boyfriend and someone she encountered briefly as a kid. She doesn't have much of an opinion of him, but the small encounters she's had aren't too good. He can come off as brutally honest and a little rude, though..
Sol Hope | Idol
Chuya has admired Sol since she was a child, and even now will jump at any chance to speak to her. Wants to work at her agency when she's older, and often rambles to her when they do interact. Sees Sol as a bit of a mother figure with how Sol sometimes gives her tips and the such. Thinks Sol is the best in the world, honestly.....
Miyoko Kawahara | Cousin
Chuya's quirkless cousin who goes to a regular school. She lost touch with him once her sister became her caregiver and they moved out. He texts her whenever he hears news about 1-A, she wishes they were as close as they used to be....
Kasumi Takano | Mentor/Friend
Met her through Hiromi as she goes to Shiketsu. They bonded easily because of how similar their quirk is. Kasumi actually taught her about riding on clouds! Sees her as a big sister type!
