Ikirini

A young valon whose passion is DANCE. Ikirini wishes to join Sarakisha's theatre troupe as his protege.

He is very sweet, shy, innocent and naive and a little bit dim. They didn't know, but his parents were related.

He is incredibly short for a valon - most of them are 6'0 at the shortest, but Ikirini is only 5'5. He has dark brown hair tied up with a red ribbon in a high ponytail with wavy side-parted bangs - the sides are shaved and it's very much a mullet when loose. He has large doe eyes that are light green, hence his name. He is very, very flexible, capable of bringing one of his legs behind his head while standing up.

He had a run in with Hoani while the half-karkan was enraged and did not come out better for it, but Hoani said he'd kill him if he told anyone, so no one knows exactly what happened.

He does become Sarakisha's student, though he was not blind to Usvan's attention because that guy really is not subtle. They get together pretty quickly because their unresolved sexual tension was driving the rest of the troupe insane. They end up with the most spoiled brat of a son because Ikirini is terrible at saying no and Usvan is terrible at saying no to Ikirini.

After Sarakisha and Hoani are exiled from Manhattan, both Ikirini and Usvan's names were dragged through the mud simply by being associated with Sarakisha. Their troupe was disbanded completely, and they returned to the streets as buskers. They didn't make much, but they tried to make do and gave their son everything they possibly could.

Ikirini fell gravely ill and passed away before his 25th birthday.
