Famed supervillan counterpart of Ada, makes epic mecha stuff instead of wacky chemicals. Younger brother of London.

Goes through a suspiciously high number of sidekicks/unpaid interns, enemy of the local broadcast channels for holding them hostage and chucking his face on there every other day. Has a history of testing inventions on himself due to not thinking ahead, hence all the stitching!

Not exactly the greatest at villainy which is why the city hasn't been taken over yet. Somehow he manages to evade arrest most of the time. His underlying motivation for citywide domination is getting revenge on the Society that we live in. Probably sings along to this enthusiastically in the shower.

cheesy bumbling kids' show villain character / your one uncle who always asks for money to "pay rent" and then immediately buys a new xbox. tryhard who is a little bit too awkward and nice to get his evil goals done.

Swears up and down that he and Ada are 'rivals' but both intern #27 and anyone who sees them happily going out for ice cream together would dispute that.
