Jumika has electric organs in her body that generate electricity through muscular contractions, similar in fashion to an electric ray. This electrical energy is then stored in these organs in the same way as a battery. The electricity can be sent out of the body, allowing her to deliver a potent electrical shock to anything touching or getting near her.
Strengths
She can give a shock of up to 220 volts. This is enough to knock a fully grown man off his feet, but is not enough to kill a healthy human, although it could potentially kill someone with underlying health problems.
Weaknesses
She needs to rest her quirk well in order to emit a strong damaging shock. If used rapidly or not rested long enough the shocks might not be damaging or effective at all.

Suit Jumika's body suit is made of foamed neoprene and serves as a wetsuit.
Utility Belts her belt is designed with a large pouch on the back attached securely to the belt. She carries in it a small first aid kit, as well as diving equipments, such as: diving gloves, diving knife, dry bags and a short rescue rope.
Bracelets the bracelet on her right arm has a built in dive light to use in dark places and during night, while the left bracelet has a built in dive computer that displays information like her location underwater and time of the day, as well as provide additional information such as air and water temperature, lunar phase indicator, useful for estimating tidal conditions, etc.

About
▪Jumika is a first year hero department student, she attends Shiketsu High School after having moved to the dorms from a seaside town where she attended middle school.
▪The kanji in her name Jumika (珠海夏 , じゅみか) translates as follows: 珠 "pearl", 海 "ocean", 夏 "summer". Her family's name Umikou (海光, うみこう) means Sea Ray/light.
▪An only child and the daughter of Umikou Kurohime, also known as the pro hero Lady Ray. Both her parents still pursue their jobs as pro heroes.
▪Her goal is to become a rescue hero and specifically a lifeguard at the beach. She strives to help others and save lives instead of engaging in conflicts and violence. Jumika later interns under the hero agency in charge of patrolling and watching over the beach area to receive the training necessary to achieve her goal.
▪Her tail and horns resembles a manta ray's, they are mutations she inherited from her parents. She also has gills on each side of her neck that help her breathe underwater.
▪She is a huge sucker for love and romance. She loves to be made to feel special and wanted, and dreams of one day finding true love.
▪Although a friendly person, she prioritizes quality over quantity when choosing who to be friends with, which makes her less likely to open up to people as she limits her friends list to very few people.
▪Her closest friends are Oobuki Nodoka and Hiumi (belongs to @jadeologie). Jumika has been close friends with Nodoka since middle school, while both girls met Hiumi in a summer training camp and got along well with each other! All three eventually stuck together after attending the same high school.
▪Swimming is her hobby and it's one of the things Jumika loves doing most whenever she can. She has been swimming ever since she was a child and over time became an excellent swimmer.
▪Her favorite food is shrimp and her favorite drink is fresh lemonade.
