Summary
A quiet girl, Amber is the twin sister of Cody, and not too different from him, with their nerdy interests and crushes on members of the school sports teams. Unlike her brother, however, Amber is more willing to push out of her comfort zone... to rather mixed results.
I mean, she wasn't really planning for what would happen if she did make it onto the school's cheer squad. Sure, she says she went out for it in an attempt to be more social, but we all know she was mostly there to try and catch Emily's eye. If it didn't work out, she would have been happy enough to just return to her weekly D&D sessions in the local library. For it to actually work out, though...?
Well, maybe she'll also be able to convince the squad to perform at the basketball games, at least.
Trivia
- Amber and Cody are both Geminis - Fitting for a pair of twins themselves! Amber is older than Cody by a few minutes.
- After joining the cheer squad, Amber's new schedule necessitated a change in schedule for her D&D group, moving from Thursday evenings at the library to Sundays around noon at the local Starbucks. One of the baristas, Basil, was actually the one to draw up the group's map, and has been jokingly nicknamed Mr. Map Man by players and DM alike.
- Amber has a tendency to order drinks for her group before the session begins - Her favorite is the Chestnut Praline Latte. The large orders can be a bit much, but she makes sure to tip well, and on quieter days bounces story ideas off of Basil while he works to try and make his job more interesting than just making the same drinks over and over.
